What a wonderful idea to have parchment paper in separate sheets, lying flat, because now I don't have to contend with the curling of paper that comes in a roll! And, I especially like the fact that it's not bleached. And, if I need only a portion of one sheet, they are easy to cut & place what's left back into the flat packaging it came in. I didn't have a shelf to store the package on, so I've placed it on the cabinet under my large wooden cutting board & it's worked out great. I'm so glad I found this product & couldn't be happier with it!

It wasn't as thick as I expected, but I will find many uses for it!

I REALLY like these parchment sheets. Since switching to a plant based and no oil diet, I've been using a lot of parchment paper for roasting veggies. The rolled papers were difficult. I would tear off too much, thus wasting paper. Then I would have to fold and crease it to make it lie flat. These flat parchment sheets fit my baking sheet perfectly. They are quick and easy to pull from the drawer and they lie FLAT! I've had them in oven temps up to 475 degrees and the edges did not curl or scorch. I will be buying more.

I love these papers. I use them all the time. For baking, rolling out pastry top & bottom & roasting anything (veggies & pizza}. They are just wonderful & an extreme bargain. Each sheet fits perfectly for a large baking pan, fits other dishes & allows an easy lift out of your cooked items. Bread, veggie/meat loaves & more. So happy to have such a large amount of precut sheets, I will order them again & again. It will be along time before I need to reorder again. Unbleached is a major plus.

The sheets work well. It's nice not having to fight the curling ends. I don't like that oil bleeds through on to my pans. I also use parchment to wrap baked goods, but I don't like this because the oily spots make for a messy presentation.

I love precut sheets in general and these are very nice. I just leave the package flat in the bottom of my foil/plastic wrap drawer under everything with one side open. Then I can just pull a sheet out whenever I need one. Super easy. I always just use them once but just read about how you can wipe off and reuse parchment paper. I'm going to have to try that for certain uses. Might get even more value out of these.

Liked the idea of precut sheets. But MADE IN CHINA. I should have paid more attention to the fine print.
