AMAZIMG PICTURE & SOUND & PRICE
55 inch. All pros & only 1 conPros:Picture is amazing for price. Perfect condition, it was delivered by a service I've never used before. The called to confirm that I'd be home at a set time and they came perfectly in time. I read that a lot of people received damaged products and I was hesitant and was about to just go to BestBuy. But the price was right on Amazon. Everything is great, magic remote with cursor/mouse pointer is a little annoying but it's great other than that. Amazing picture quality. Super bright. Super sharp. And AWESOME SPEAKERS! By far the best speakers I've ever heard on a TV. I can actually feel a little bass when listening, it's crazy crisp and has depth. Just buy it, I'm almost positive I won't come damaged by the shipping company.Cons:LG WebOS does not provide the PBS Kids app 😞 . Whyyyyyy? Lol. Still, great TV.

Great Tv with smart features and bluetooth
I have always had smart TVs so I can appreciate the good quality of this TV. The smart features work great and smoothly. I do not use much the Alexa features.Easy access to Netflix, amazon prime, sling tv and YouTube which are the apps which I use the most. One feature which is quite nice is the Bluetooth connection, so I can use headphones and not wake up anybody if it’s late (or very early). The screen mirroring is also quite effective and is also compatible with airplay.Image quality is very good although no obvious difference with my older (LG) tV which is also 4K. Sound is also very good but my room is not huge.I haven’t played much with adjusting picture or sound. Defaults seems to be already great.

Affordable, high quality living room TV
I’m not a Tv connoisseur but I watch a ton of TV, sports, games, etc. I’ve had a 47” LG tv I bought for a similar price, but in 2012. This Tv is surely a big upgrade over that one. The Tv’s OS is way better than the 2012 version. The picture quality is amazing, and the size is nice. The legs feel a bit shaky (my tv even rocks back and forth a bit if you touch it, not sure if that’s intentional?). But it hasn’t impacted us at all after about 2-3 weeks.Long story short - I read so many reviews of different TVs and there are a lot of strong opinions out there. This TV is the perfect balance of quality and price for my family and I’m very glad I made the purchase.

Great TV, terrible remote.
EDIT: The TV has airplay now and we are happy with it. call me thing holding us back from five stars is a terrible remote. The iPhone app which acts as a remote isn't really better.I do software development, and I bought this TV so that we could quickly, painlessly, and dependably cast our laptops, desktops, iPads, and iPhones to a TV screen for a group to see and discuss. So for me, the sole differentiator and the ONE reason I bought *this* TV over the myriad of other good TV choices was because LG claims here on Amazon and elsewhere that this TV supports AirPlay 2 and HomeKit after updating the firmware. However, as of August 24, 2019, my firmware is completely updated, and the TV still does NOT yet support AirPlay 2 or HomeKit.The television itself is excellent. The picture is fantastic; the ports are sensible, and while you do wish it could be operated better without a remote, at least the one button the TV does have, on the bottom edge, allows you to do some things, even if doing the is clunky. The two plastic pieces that act as the legs to prop the TV up are barely adequate. The TV wobbles a LOT and these legs easily come off accidentally when you reposition the TV, even when they are snapped on properly. Of course this isn't a problem if you are wall mounting the TV, but if you aren't, you might consider gluing the legs in place. If you are by yourself and a leg comes off, you will have an awkward time unplugging everything from the TV so you can position it to put the leg back on.The TV runs WebOS, so its functions are familiar and its features are fairly good. The TV REMOTE is poor. It has buttons you may never use on it, and omits buttons you would think every remote would have, like rewind and forward. The pointer seems to never point straight ahead, although shaking it can help it get a bit better. Compared to other remotes I'm used to, the LG remote that comes with this TV forces me to do a lot more clicking and navigating to do things that are simple and quick with other products' remotes.Still, the physical remote is better than the "LG TV Plus" mobile app for iOS. The app lets you use your iPhone or iPad as a TV remote, however it is so bad I cannot believe anyone at LG actually uses it. If someone there did, they'd know how bad it is and would have fixed the app by now. The layout of the app is okay at times, and nonsensical at other times. What is worse, it is so buggy that I can make the remote crash *EVERY* time I use it by doing the same things. This happens on 2 different iPad Pros (latest model), and on the latest model iPhone XS.The free casting app that comes with the TV is basically an add meant to entice you to upgrade to their paid version so that you'll have something actually useful.I'm in a tough spot with this TV. There is no way I want to keep it if it doesn't really support AirPlay 2 or HomeKit. I could have bought a different brand TV for a better price I wanted to do without the Apple features.I *hate* returning things — and I definitely do not want to return this — but if the TV isn't what LG told us it was, and given how important that one feature is to us, then I'm not sure I have a choice. Here's hoping LG soon pushes the Apple features they claim they have. But if you're wanting a TV with a great picture, sensible port options, WebOS, a mediocre remote, and if AirPlay isn't an urgent feature for you, this TV would be a recommended buy.

Beautiful TV!
First one arrived completely cracked. Rats! But Amazon and UPS made the return process easy, and a week later I had TV #2, which I’m quite pleased with. Picture and sound are both excellent! Wish I had known beforehand that my cable provider (Spectrum) has never upgraded to handle 4k, so my cable box/DVR will never connect! Oh well - Netflix and Hulu it is. Still love the TV! UPDATED: The issue was my old(er) Cisco DVR! Spectrum came and replaced it with a newer model and now the TV connects flawlessly and I could not be happier!

Great tv for the price
This tv has a better picture than my LG uh85003D tv by far. Very clear. I paid 497.00 for this. I think this is a great tv for the price. Sounds great. I am not a gamer but even the black and white movies are clear. Make sure you adjust sound to the room it has a setting for that and turn the backlighting down. All these tvs come with backlighting all the way up. That's what's wrong with my old tv. One led is burned out the whole strand won't light. I never turned backlighting down. Lasted 3 years
