This was recommended by my health foods store manager to help me alleviate a persistent bronchial problem that would not go away. This purchase was my second box. The tea helps to break up and clear out the mucus. I use it daily even though my problem has been resolved. It tastes good and is good for you.

This is the only tea that gets rid of a nagging cough. It's a shame that it is so hard to find. I wish that T.M. would make it available at all health food stores.
