No. Not needed with the diamond lapping plate.

Is it possible lapping #30000 stone ?

Shapton says their diamond lapping plate will lap every stone in their lineup and anything else you might have. 1) granted: all stones need to be lapped. 2) but...30,000 is a different ballgame. Get a manufacturer’s ststement and guarantee.

Can I use this plate to flatten Spyderco ceramic stones?

I use it to flatten my shapton ceramic stones. Don't see why it couldn't be used to sharpen others. If working with spyderco stones, which I didn't realize existed, it's likely that they offer a more cost effective lapping plate...

Wich is the rank of grit that it can flat?

The Diamond Glass Lapping Plate is flat to ± 5 microns. It can flatten any grit of stone. I hope this helps.
