Works great and feels safer to use

Good for health maybe
Doesn't have fragrance or additives, so it is rinsed without a trace. Doesn't work well for dried stain spots.

Doesn’t work well
We’re trying several different environmentally friendly cleaning products, and this was a fail. It leaves a substantial soap film on glassware that’s a deal-killer. (Glasses came out looking dirtier than when they went in.) Also, any dishes or silverware not thoroughly pre-rinsed did not come clean. These things are never a problem when we use the conventional stuff.

The picture of the product should describe the product as it is sent to the customer. Container is missing.
