I’ve had this for maybe two years now. It’s been old faithful for real! One zipper tab did come off about a year ago but it’s no big deal since the other main zipper works. The pockets are nice and big with one secret pocket on the inside, and a padded laptop section with a protective strap. I’ve had to re tie the rope accents a few times but that’s to be expected with wear and use age. I’ve used this everyday, it is really roomy and it’s my favorite backpack I’ve ever had tbh. I have never used the little USB port, but I think it’s a handy feature. The straps are comfy even with heavy loads. Worth the purchase for sure
