Anyone who says that their iPad is difficult to clean with this handy item, must have grime and grit from outer space embedded into the gorilla glass of their tablet. I bought my iPad a 1 1/2 weeks ago and it had not had a real good thorough wiping down since. A couple of strokes with one of these babies and my iPad was glistening like a black diamond!A few people complained that it did not fit their iPhone because it was too large. I have an iPhone and it works just fine. Indeed, the pad is larger than the phone, but it's a "pad" which means it's flexible, pliable, bendable, etc. So it cleans my large MacBook Pro screen, my medium size iPad screen, and it's pliable enough to clean my small iPhone screen.The first time I saw this item on Amazon, however, it was $13.99. I started to purchase it but got distracted. I went back a couple days later and it was $4.99. WOW! I hit "purchase" right away. Curious as I always am, I checked back the next day and the price was raised again. Hmmm..... Curious. Checked another day it was back to $4.99 and today it's a whopping $15.99!!!!!! Now, there are three in a pack, which I did not know, and since I have a friend who bought a (as in one) similar cleaning pad for his iPad from a fancy schmancy store for a WHOLE lot more, I would definitely have paid the $13.99......little did I know, however, that I'd be playing the price gambling game like trying to book the lowest airfare. Glad I clicked the purchase button when it was $4.99.Overall, I am extremely happy. Excellent Item; Excellent Price.

I love these things! They are SO handy to have around!!! They are cushioned and super soft like microfiber or micro suede. They are free of lint and it only takes a few swipes to get your screen nice and clean again (with a little bit of pressure...not much). They have a handy elastic strap for you to slide your fingers through for better grasp (not meant for your whole hand) Plus, if you have your screen on and in play, you don't have to worry about accidental input since they don't transfer touch to your screen. I plan to buy more to keep around the house.If you get lint or other stuff on these as I seem to do ALL the time since I don't keep them together in the plastic they came in, I just smack 'em a couple-a-few times on my pants leg or hand and it ALL comes right off. I haven't had anything at all stay stuck to one of these which is why I prefer them SO much more than microfiber cleaning cloths. I mean, sure bubble gum might stick, but regular everyday lint? Nah.I've placed them strategically throughout my home and office since I'm terrible at keeping track of small items!

The Targus CleanVu cleaning pads works great on my Galaxy Tab 10.1. I have used several different screen cleaners on the screen but this is by far the easiest and the best. It takes off finger prints with no problem and is super easy to hold. One purchase (~$10) comes with three pads.The only thing I would love to have is three protective cases for the cleaners (It comes with one that holds all three pads). I keep my cleaning pads in different desk drawers so to make sure they stay clean I put them in baggies (not so elegant).Note: I do not have a protective screen film on my tablet so I am not sure how it would work on a tablet with a protective film. I personally don't know why people put protective films on their tablets that already have Corning Gorilla Glass (worth researching if you haven't done so).

Since the description of this product lists the iPhone as a cleaning option, I was eager to try it. I have some specialized cleaning clothes from the eye doctor that do a pretty good job of cleaning my iPhone screen, but nothing else I've tried works very well or at all (just smears the finger prints around). Even the little glasses cleaning cloths require some effort to get the phone screen clean.I must say the soft suede-like surface of this pad works really well, doing a quick and thorough job, BUT it is too wide for the iPhone screen if you have a surround case like I do. You can use the edge of the pad, or bend it so that only a portion of it is against the screen. The pad doesn't want to bend as it's rather stiff leather, but it will bend (in one direction) and then does a great job although it's a bit awkward to hold in that position and of course the finger straps can't be used. I'm not entirely satisfied with this solution as you can imagine, but am pleased to have a clean screen.For a tablet such as an iPad it would be outstanding, and it works well for my computer screen in its natural flat shape.You get three pads to a pack which is nice and I will certainly use this product even though I have to bend it for my phone screen. Note to manufacturer: Please make a version that fits the touch phone screens when they are in a case since so many of us use them to protect our phones. This is an effective method of cleaning and highly recommended for tablets and larger screens. It can be used with smaller screens, but will require extra effort if that screen has a raised edge due to design or case.
