Belkin PureAV AV48001 HDTV/VHF/ UHF/FM Amplified Indoor Antenna

Having resolved to go without cable, I've been looking at various options to get the same quality programming. I randomly decided to give this antenna a whirl, and I am shocked by its performance! I get all the basic channels in HD (ABC, NBC, CW, CBS, PBS, FOX etc.). They come in as random channels like 11.1, so you have to make sure to let the television search for them otherwise you won't find them yourself. I did have to adjust it for a few minutes to get all of the channels to come in, but after I found the right spot, it was great! I'm glad I tried this one before buying an expensive antenna.

The best I can say is it works, but not great. It's better than nothing, but if I needed another, I would buy something else that performed better.

This is a nice little antenna - uptight & outta sight - put one in mother-in-law's bedroom and now she's playing a lot less solitaire. Must use your noggin on antenna placement though. Up high and "aimed" where the signals are. Put it in a metal box - NO! Put it high up in a window or shelf - YES! - The lives some folks must lead - so helpless - perhaps it would help if they found someone to read them the instructions ~:0)

I bought this powered antenna in hopes that I could receive more channels. Did NOT perform as advertized.I live <10 miles from the tv towers in Orlando and am only able to receive 6 channels with this antenna. I bought an unpowered dipole ("rabbit ears") from Meritline.com for ~$4 and receive 36 channels clearly.It's not even worth the hassle or cost to return it for credit.

Initially I was very excited about this product. It comes from a good company, and it was a great price. When I received it, I was surprised at just how small it is. I was also surprised at how poorly it works. My old RCA rabbit ears antenna gets MUCH better reception, even for digital signals, than this brand new Belkin HD antenna. I was going to give this product only one star, but the customer service people actually gave me a full refund when I reported all the problems I was having with it. So, the product itself still only gets one star, but the customer service gets four stars. Overall, I'm giving it a two.

Bought this antenna to be wall mounted behind a tv that is also wall mounted - works great, easy to install and at a great price. HD channels come in clear. The only things is the coax cable that comes with it seems unshielded, but at the same time the cable has a 90 degree connector on it to make wall mounting simpler.

came packaged as brand new. looks great. unfortunately i can only receive 2 channels out of about 26. nice idea but does not work in my viewing area.

Order for my 5 year old daughters turns out it's better than the 50 dollar cra we bought at walmart
