It was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Arrived promptly in great condition. Flavorless and concentrated so the bottle last for a long time.

I had forgotten, but I bought this brand of vitamin D3/K2 before and ended up throwing it away without even using it because I couldn't get the bottle open. It's a push-down cap, like a child-proof cap, but it's hard to open, at least for me. This time I kept at it and finally got the bottle open. The product is great! Good flavor, good absorbancy. But I made the mistake of closing the cap all the way and now I can't get it open again. So, I would recommend buying this and, if you get it open the first time, don't close it all the way.

I know it’s a childproof cap, but it’s a struggle for my strong husband to open so I haven’t been able to take daily. Tastes terrible - never had D3/K2 drops that I could taste. These taste like rancid cooking oil.

I like this product. It has helped my energy levels and it doesn’t have a bad taste or lingering after taste like some products.

One serving (4 drops) of EIRO liquid vitamin D3/K2 supplies 2000 IU of Vitamin D3 and 25mcg K2 (MK7) suspended in MCT oil, which is a medium chain triglyceride oil such as coconut or palm oil. While D3 is typically cholecalciferol from lanolin in sheep’s wool, it can also be plant based from lichen. This supplement doesn’t state the source. It does say this is vegan, which implies the D3 is from lichen given that cholecalciferol is not vegan. But I feel the packaging should state the source as I don’t know enough about D3 from lichen and would want my doctor’s opinion.The 2000 IU daily dose of D3 is what’s recommended by Dr. Weil and other experts for adults without deficiency (who need more). I test deficient and stay more consistent taking gummies instead of pills, but they add unnecessary sugar and calories. A liquid drop is easy to take and a good alternative. I’ve taken these drops a few times. I’ve added it to a glass of water twice and drank it without any issue. Once I took the drops directly and followed with a glass of water, and it made me nauseous and headachy. I also couldn’t control the dose as precisely, and it left a greasy feel. The bottle doesn’t say which way is preferred.After using these drops a few times, I noticed the small print says those with thyroid or cardiovascular disease shouldn’t take this supplement without consulting a doctor first. I’ve stopped taking it as I have autoimmune thyroid disease and haven’t seen my doctor yet. Vitamin D is important and many are deficient (especially if spending more time indoors). This supplement may be fine, but I have no way to judge the purity or effectiveness and don’t know the D3 source. I also don’t know why it may not be suitable for those with thyroid disease. I can’t make a recommendation either way. 3 stars.
