This particular product by Truly Inspired does work. You have to use it enough to get into your system, but you will notice, after a period of time, that if you use a big plate to eat on, you will see a lot left over and will go to a small plate, feel full and you will lose weight. I do not find a taste with it. I find it easy to swallow. I take two before breakfast and two before lunch. Give this product time to get in your system. I think - not sure - but after two bottles, my appetite eased and I felt full and did not eat so much. I am starting on it again now.
