Greenwood Airvac AXS100 Extractor Fan Axial 100 mm / 4 Inch (Standard/Basic Model)

My extractor fan gave up and was pretty vital in our house as it serves two purposes, the first and obvious one is to extract air from the bathroom, the second is the whirring of the fan(which is quite quiet) also acts as a comforter for our toddler,it reduces noise from outside,as she has quite sensitive hearing.This was an easy diy fix to do, no more challenging than replacing a plug or a light fitting,required minimal tools and the fan came with excellent easy to follow instructions,whole job took less than half an hour and most of that was trying to remove the badly fitted broken fan from the tube the builders had glued it in to.

I bought this to replace a Marley-branded fan that had lasted many years but finally started to become noisy. This one is just the same so it was easy to replace. I had been concerned about different cable entry points because there was no spare cable to pull through, so was glad to find this. As the last one gave quiet and reliable service for many years in a busy family bathroom, this one should too.
