If like me you suffer with a bad back, poor posture then you won't be disappointed. I got recommended this by my chiropractor and I didn't think it would work but it has made all the difference. I have been wearing it all day it's very comfortable to wear. It keeps your shoulders back and stops you from leaning over. Especially in the car and even after a few days I can notice the difference the pain has eased off in my back as I'm now not putting pressure the base of my shoulders and spine. I have suffered for years with a bad back and finally something has helped instead of having medication all the time. Just something simple as correcting your posture to make all the difference to the pain that you get in your back and hips I'm really glad I bought it and I hope that it helps other people as much as it as helped me. The instructions for simple but even without you would be able to work out how to use this effectively.

For the price, this is unbeatable!I sit at a desk for about 8-12 hours a day and suffer badly from poor posture - back pain and neck pain. When you first put this on, you may wonder if it is actually doing anything, but take a photo of yourself with it on and without it on and you will see a huge difference in your seated position. My back, especially my upper back, was much, much straighter and, if you do start to slouch, you can feel the posture corrector resisting it.One thing I would say is that you are likely to feel a bit of muscle pain (a bit like you are doing a workout) when you first put it on, but this is good... You are trying to retrain and activate muscles in your upper back that you have allowed to switch off over the years (which is what causes the bad posture). I've taken a picture of the booklet, which recommends only wearing it for short periods initially and building up - I think this is good advice.Quality wise, the product seems very durable. The velcro looks strong and the buckles look like they will be able to handle a bit of pressure. The material is very soft and although I didn't suffer with pain under the armpits (the book warns you might), there are two pads included to make this more comfortable if you are worried about any friction.

I suffer with terrible posture and thought I would give this a go. I was very surprised at how well it worked immediately, it was easy to fit and adjust and it really straightened me up. I wore it whilst cutting the grass and it helped ease the pain I usually feel in my back.I have been wearing it all day at work and I find it really helps me to sit up straight and feel more alert whilst driving.If you have back ache from poor posture I recommend you get one of these posture correctors.

I been using the posture correcter for over 2 weeks, the product is well designed and easy to use, it has so far helped me straighten my back and I am feeling less pain in my lower back, i use this 2-3 hour per day, sometimes longer. the important thing is to use it every day to see the benefit and sometimes it can be difficult to remember, I have set up reminders on my phone to help me remember to use it each day.

I brought this support to help me with back pain and give me some when needed support whilst at work. The shoulder support is very good but the waist support is not correctly placed. It would work really well on a 12 year old child but at 6 ft 4inch man it does not. The waist band is by my chest and you cannot adjust it. Works great at pulling shoulders back just as long as you don't want to breathe at the same time. Disappointed rarely with purchases but this time it's a big no.

It is ok but nothing more than ok. It does remind you to think about your posture. The Velcro is weak and so I suspect that it will not last long. Also, if you adjust to the smallest size it is uncomfortable to wear as it does rub on your underarms. It is very warm and that becomes too warm if , like me, you are using it to improve your posture during exercise sessions. That said, it is priced fairly and my posture was better with it on although I was glad to take it off after my gym session. It is ok.

I've been using a basic posture corrector for my shoulders, and wondered if anyone made a full back support version. Surely enough, this came up. I looked at a few others and somehow this one seemed the best bet. As soon as I tried it on, I knew something wasn't right. The waist support part does nothing. It's totally pointless it being there and no matter where you secure it, it just slides upwards as you move around. It's not invisible under your clothes either, being completely visible at waist level and around shoulders, where those awful plastic strap adjusters stick out through your shoulder blades and look totally ridiculous. It's also uncomfortable.So I took it back off again and went back to the basic version which is much better, feels like it's working, is invisible under clothes and is comfortable.So in conclusion, this 'full back support' is actually nothing of the sort and is a waste of money.Disappointed.Seller was great though, sent it really fast and was with me next day.*edit, in all honesty I didn't like this product, but the seller kindly refunded me without me even having to ask, so all I can say is 5 stars but pretty damn good customer service. Very impressed.

I bought this item for my husband hoping it would relieve his severe neck pain and help with his poor posture. He hasn't really had any improvement in the pain in his neck so far, but we both feel the support is helping to improve his posture both when sitting and walking. He is quite a large person so the support is only just about big enough but he seems happy enough with it and is actually using it regularly so I am pleased.
