Lightweight but pulls on neck
The sling is lightweight and breathable, but the padding on the neck strap doesn't stay put and the strap starts digging into my neck making the sling very uncomfortable. I just purchased a different one that has a much more comfortable strap.

Can’t figure it out
The two straps came undone and am unable to put it back together.

Not comfortable at all. Slides down of arm. The thumb holder is so high it hurts to use it. Returned immediately.
