My husband is diabetic and I don’t bring sweets in the house. Most sugar free foods don’t taste good to me. BUT these were very good! I was pleasantly surprised! The cake mix was moist and I will purchase again. (But not too often 😊)

As with most sweeteners, they will make you gassy, especially cakes and brownies due to the amount used.Remember, they way these things work are the ingredients that are used your body can't digest. Hence the 0 calories and good for not raising blood sugar, but the friendly bacteria in your colon will be happy to digest it for you at the expense of a LOT OF GAS!

These are so hard to find in stores around here so I got this bundle to make 2 cakes. Fantastic for diabetics but warning:sugar free products can have a laxative effect. We had a guest over for dinner and he ate 2 slices. Ooooh. Bad idea. Said he spent the next day in the bathroom

I was pretty skeptical but honestly after not having any sugar for 3 weeks after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes this really hit the spot! So glad I found it.. it does have that sugar substitute after taste but nothing drinking some water won't fix.
