My daughter used the cotton candy flavoring to make hard candy for a fair project. It turned out great. Only wished we would have made a bigger batch. Color was clear, but we added food coloring to make a cotton candy like color.

Nice size bottle of flavoring for the price. The flavor is indeed super strength, so use sparingly until you get the flavor just right. I've found using a little less than what a recipe calls for works just fine. When using the indicated amount, the flavor was overpowering and entering the cough syrupy level.

Strong chocolate flavor. I am using this to flavor home made ice cream made in the Ninja Creami. I am low/no oxalate so cannot use cocoa. The oxalate content of this has not been tested, however, I'm using less than a teaspoon to flavor a pint of ice cream and typically extracts are lower in general - I have not had any strong reactions. I have tried other flavorings and this has the best and strongest flavor which allows me to use less, as well have a robust chocolate flavor. I usually have it paired with Lorann's butter vanilla. My spouse is very picky and he also cannot tell that cocoa was not used - great product!

I used 1/2 tablespoon of pistachio for one quart of ice cream. Yes it had a chemical taste, but still edible.Next time, I will use 1/2 teaspoon and add drops if needed. I don't want to overpower the taste of the pistachio nuts.Bottle size:1 ounce

All of the flavors were great except the Raspberry. Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars. The cinnamon oil made nice hot gummies. Really liked the result. I used their Key Lime in a cheese cake - delicious! The pineapple was used to make licorice as was the green apple - both great! Unless you are getting the Raspberry - you cant go wrong with the Lorann oils.

Very good aroma and flavor. I used it to make caramel coffee creamer and syrup. It is very concentrated, so usea few drops at a time to get the amount of flavor you want. I will definitely purchase it again. Thanks!

Fabulous product. You need very little for a strong cinnamon flavor.

I used it to add to my ice cream for flavor. Has an artificial after taste, but other than that pretty good. A little goes a long way its lasted a while
