Useful pack
This is a useful pack, with all you need for hanging pictures. One note though for people framing their own pictures - 4mm cord is very thick and although OK for mirrors or heavy pictures, for most pieces 2.5mm or 3mm is better.

Missing parts
Package was received promptly. On checking the contents, I found all the screws floating around in the bag with the cord. Upon counting the screws, there were only 24 and not the 40 that should have been there. It is not a problem to replace the screws and they have not cost me a lot in the way of time and money; however, it is still an irritation and my reason for four stars. The product, on the whole, is adequate for its intended purpose.

Flimsy and not fit for purpose!
If I could give this 0* I would. The cord is strong, but the hooks are flimsy and broke as soon as I tried to hang a mirror. :-( Do not waste your money!
