Came Cracked, but an absolute blast to okay!
Got this for my sons 10th birthday but has turned into a gift for all of us. It took my (very handy) husband about an hour to assemble and there was a 6-8 inch crack on the headboard when it arrived. We decided not to worry about it and finish assembling anyway. This thing is so much fun and surpassed my expectations. We even have a scorecard to record highest 30 or 60 second scores since we all play it so much and have gotten competitive with each other! I never thought I would enjoy playing with this but may love it more than my son! Very good quality and durability so far considering the price.

Don't let all the negative reviews stop you from buying this product.
I was really a bit nervous about ordering this product because of the reviews but I'm here to tell everyone that my package came perfectly fine not harmed. The setting up took about 2-3 hours but after it was done I was satisfied and so was my son who hasn't stopped playing with it since it got built. He's seventeen and this game can be fun for the whole family. He plays with his friends all the time and never gets bored. Even his father enjoys it and he couldn't stop playing. So for those looking to buy this I'm here to confirm that I received no missing pieces, nothing damaged, and everything working properly.

Very good quality
It took a while to get this put together but it is very sturdy and solid. The nets are made of chain and the balls feel like real basketballs! At first the control panel didn't work correctly but it seems to now. I chose this one for my husband because of the reviews about quality and because of the dimensions. It is short enough to fit in our basement where the ceilings are only 8 feet tall. And it is wide enough for two adult men to play without crowding each other.

good value
Decent product. Waited to write a review to see if it held up. Product is doing well and the kids are playing with it quite a bit. Wasn't too bad either to assemble. Little flimsy metal but to be expected being made in China. Good value.

Better than expected!!!
We purchased this for our son`s 6th birthday! We were a little skeptical after reading reviews on this product, but are very pleased with the quality! My husband set it up mostly by himself in only an hour and a half. However, we set it up at 10pm and by 6am the next day, 2 of the 4 balls had lost a lot of air and the pump broke. I contacted the company and they sent 2 replacement balls and a new ( better quality) pump and extra needle within 2 days!! We are very pleased with this product because of the durablility of the poles and for the price (although it is listed at a cheaper price now, 2 weeks later). We would recommend this product to others!

Not Good...find a better one
Wow, this might be the very first time I've been steered wrong by my fellow "Amazonians." I received this from Amazon on time, as expected. I started putting it together and that's where the fun begins... First: the directions listed piece numbers (screws) that did not match the actual packet containing the screws, so something got lost in translation along the way.... I'm guessing directions were printed in the US and the parts were from China. It would say to insert screw #24 (long screw) when it meant screw #25 (shorter screw), but I wouldn't realize this until I got to the part where it needed a longer screw that was already used up earlier in the process. So, then I had to take certain parts out, mind you that it's the base you create first, so then have to drop it again and undo pieces, so very time consuming. This happened on multiple steps, so it just ended up pissing me off, since it would be major in terms of having to take down the backboard again or undo a leg. Next, the two rims aren't aligned, not the biggest deal, but one was slightly lower than the other, but also the rims themselves were slightly warped/uneven... again, not the biggest deal. So after setup was finally done... I started playing with my kids, that's when the new problems start... the velcro strap(s) on the corners at the bottom of the net constantly come undone, so then the balls end up falling off the sides. I've tried multiple ways to secure it, but it doesn't stay too long. The chain "nets" on the rims all broke by the 3rd day of playing. So, obviously those were very cheap metal links. Finally the actual electronic score thing is already acting funky, where the power button doesn't work on it's own and I have to push a few buttons to make it turn on. So, I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this product. Not worth the time or effort. If you have a Costco membership, they have a similar one for a similar price, plus it's an acrylic plastic backboard that looks more realist than this junk. Had I known they had it, I probably would've gotten that one, too bad I saw it afterwards.

wrong hardware package
meed two people to build up, after build up my son loves it, everything works good, the only disappoinyment is one of the M6x70 bolt without screw, have no idea how does this happened, since I almost build up, I used quick tie and thanks god it works

Big Hit and a Winner!
We've had this up and operational for 2 weeks now and I have absolutely no complaints! We have an 8 and 11 year old and several adults shooting on it. The scoring has been spot on so far, unless 2 balls go in really close to one another (the arm doesn't have time to get back to the original position to score the second shot.) It took 2 of us about 2 hours to put it together, there were no issues. It was easier to use our own tools (allen wrench and nut driver) vs the tools that come with it as the (very tiny) wrench did bend a little bit - but it was do-able.
