Broke after 4 months - replaced by Amazon reseller
EDIT: While SoundMagic support never got back to me on my warranty concern after 2 weeks, the seller on Amazon, AUDIO EQUIP, did say they're willing to replace the headset for me and have me send the old one back. Bumping up to 4 stars if this ends up working out. The audio is still a downgrade from what I'd expect compared to SoundMagic's wired models, but the battery, neckband, comfort, and now assurance that i can replace the broken device makes this a purchase I'm happy with.Bought these in June. They just died in October. Power button won't turn on the device anymore. Couldn't find any info on how to redeem warranty, so I sent an email to SoundMagic. I haven't gotten a reply. Before I got these, I had the SoundMagic E80, which were MUCH better in terms of sound quality. Was disappointed to switch, but was forced wireless by phone upgrade, and those stupid USB C-3.5mm converters break every few months.Noise Cancellation was good and battery life was straight out amazing. Also really liked the neckband because I transition from using them to not very often since I use them at work, so being able to just swat them out of my ear and have them dangle is great. After being with the E80 for so long, I'm sad to move away from the product. But with how long these lasted, the lack of warranty followup, and the sound quality, I'm going to go with a different brand.

Earphones died just after a month and it appears I canโt get a refund (Updated)
Had not used the earphones in a week after it had been fully charged. When I tried to use it today, it would not power up. Put it on the power charger for 6 hours and it still will not power up.And it appears that I am out $75 because it says my return window just closed 3 days ago.Updated 9/10/2019 - The seller has reached out to me and has offered to replace the bad earphones. I just emailed them to say that I would like to take them up on their offer. Hopefully this will turn out with a happy ending.I don't know if this is related to the problem of not turning on, but more than a week ago the plastic cover over the control buttons partially peeled off, but I was able to press the flexible cover back into place where it has mostly stayed since then. I am wondering if this is a common problem with earphones in general with flexible covers over their controls.Updated 9/15/2019 - received the replacement headphone from the seller and will be returning the bad one in a prepaid envelope sent by the seller. I just hope this new one lasts a lot longer than a month.Updated 12/16/2019 - Having the same problem as the original earphones. I had not used them for over a month. When I tried charging them, it would not power up even after leaving the earphones on the charger most of the day. I even tried charging them some more the next day with no luck. This product appears to have the unfortunate feature of not being able to be recharged once it has been totally discharged from disuse. I have already purchased a different brand of bluetooth earphones. As far as the seller goes, I have absolutely no problem with them. They have been very helpful.

Love them. UPDATED review
I have a couple pairs of bluetooth earplugs. While most have great sound, I hate that battery life is only 4-6 hours. I'm at work for at least 8 to 10 hours a day. The sound is great and the battery life allows me to listen to music from 6;30 am to about 6:30 pm with still more than 50% battery life left. I like that they are around my neck so I don't feel anxiety about losing them and when I need to take out the plugs they are around my neck and I don't have to worry where I put them down. Great so far.UPDATE 11/25/19: While I like the battery life and the sound is pretty good, the cover of the remote (mic and volume control) keeps coming off. The silicon cap keeps coming off and I'm afraid it's going to go missing. It doesn't go all the way on any more. :(

Improved but not perfect
These headphones sound much better than the sound magic E10 BT but have less punch. The fatal flaws of this design however are random disconnecting requiring you to plug in your charger to โresetโ them and be able to connect your phone again, random audio cut outs for about a second, and when you talk on the phone too long the headphones disconnect for some reason. If you can look past that line I have the two main positives are amazing battery life and a super fast charging. I use my headphones literally 24 hours a day. I sleep with them playing, ride a motorcycle with them in, and work with them on and they still last about 36-40 hours non stop! Mind you they only take about 30-45 min to charge fully

Randomly disconnects during phone calls what makes a distinctive sound when it does that
overall I like this product I've discovered a small problem and that occasionally during phone calls it will disconnect from my cell phone and not reconnect until I hook up to a charger for a moment. This problem happens about every third phone call it doesn't seem to be dependent upon the length of calls and it doesn't affect when listening to podcast or music.I'm using it with a Samsung S10 plus 5g

Loudness
They just don't seem to be loud enough like the skullcandy ones I have before. I have lots of mp3 files in my cellphone and with the skullcandy headphones even the ones that were not too loud could be increased to an acceptable level. Most mp3 files are ok but the ones that are not that loud, the sound level can't be increased to an acceptable level. I wouldn't consider this a deal breaker. The sound quality is excellent. Still haven't tried using them for phone conversations. I like them

It's a gem
These sound amazing for a Bluetooth set in this price range, much better than lg tone which is $130 more mostly due to the built in quad dac. Why four stars? The wire quality could be better, like in the regular e11. These are not like that. Other than that, totally awesome.***Update***Upgraded the rating to five stars. The sound is exceptional for smooth jazz&r&b. I don't take them off.

iPhone Pairing Problems
These headphones will only pair with my iphone one time. After shutting them down, they will not pair again until I'm forced to forget the headphones in my iphone bluetooth settings. Itโs a hassle. I sent an e-mail to Soundmagic about this problem and they responded in Chinese which is no help. Excellent build quality & sound. But, with this pairing problem, they are not worth it.
