Actually love it!
The media could not be loaded. I was a bit iffy after purchasing and seeing the reviews My biggest problem was just FedEx lying about attempting to deliver I live in an apartment complex on the second floor 3 days I had to stay home and cancel my appointments due to package arriving and on those 3 days they were too lazy to deliver my purchase, I'm assuming they were too lazy. I found out it was the same driver so requested a new driver and finally got my package, yes all beat up but thankfully nothing was damaged. Yes came a bit dirty but nothing I cant wipe off. The smell was more like fabuloso cleaner didnt bother me at all I'm use to that smell since I mop almost daily. Yes it's not good quality wood but for the price Its decent. Building it was easy just got confused for a bit with part E wasnt sure which side until I saw the ramp support so it's common sense i guess. The hinges would get stuck a bit but nothing that cant be fix WD-40! Just spray a lil on the parts that fold and wala.. it's like a door not being used they dry up and then start squeaking. I did a couple changes myself.. the wheels I put the break ones in front since I move them around and would be alot easier for me. And the hay holder just screw it the opposite side I'm sure my guineas dont mind the screws exposed.. I sure did mind tho. And the real test was with my guineas I have 3 thankfully they are smart and to know how to walk up and down a ramp and for extra security added a small flexible ramp I found at petsmart. Oh and yes a bit dark but I knew the moment I saw the picture.. so I installed on the roof a motion detection light removable and chargeable that I found at home depot. Other than that I'm happy and so are my guineas!

Good price for the design and functionality!
I’ve done some research and came across this brand...it was a good deal for the over all design (I was looking for a hutch that had a cleaning tray on both levels- most just had it on the top level) and ease of accessibility on each floor (to access your pet). Really happy with the purchase! It definitely has enough room for one bunny and could have enough room for two. This was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions were a bit unclear at times and required some logical thinking. For example, at times it would show the next part that needed installed, but it wasn’t clear initially where the part should go. It would just show the part hovering night above the cage in the manual. It took my husband and I around 45 minutes to assemble together. The hooks are aluminum, which I was a bit disappointed with. However if I think about it, a bunny won’t be smashing through it any time soon. They love to burrow and are quite content to be inside the hutch.Overall I’m happy with it. My bunny seems happy and safe.It does have a strong cedar smell for a while. It is not a chemical smell as some have said, but it’s really just the cedar-wood (which I actually like)! It did arrive well packaged, but we had a split in one is the side walls near the frame, but once installed, I knew would hold up okay.Other than the wood split, I’m happy with my purchase! Honestly, for the price of most hutches I’ve seen online, you can’t beat the design and innovative aspects having multiple access panels and trays attached.

Good for Guinea Pigs!
We got this hutch for my children’s Guinea pigs. It’s was fairly easy to assembly. My 7 year old and 9 year old helped me and we were able to do most of it without my husbands help. 🤗The piggies love it! They love having more space. I love that the top and bottom can be closed off from each other... making 2 separate enclosures. My only complaint is that the wood is very soft. The piggies like to nibble on it and it just breaks right off. But for the price it is great and should be fine for a couple years!

STOP scrolling and READ now! Not practical for rabbit!
First of all, I have to say this is a super cute rabbit hutch, BUT that’s the only good thing to say. :( Usually I’m pretty easy going and try to provide optimistic reviews but this hutch deserves 1 star with the discretions noted below.1. Wood-All wood is very soft and must be the cheapest wood possible. My rabbit has chew toys and cardboard but the wood is too tempting for my rabbit to not chew. A tiny nibble takes out a big chuck of soft wood. For this reason, I do not anticipate the hutch to last more than 6 months.2. Wire for the bottom tray-This is attached with staples and fabric on one side. This too will not last.3. Ramp-The ramp is cheap wood making it difficult for my adult rabbit to go up and down. He slips on the wood and it scares him. My last cage had a grippy sandpaper type ramp, kind of like roof shingle material, making it easier for my rabbit to climb up and down the ramp.4. Smell-Upon opening the box, I noticed a very strong chemical smell. I’m assuming it was the stain used on the wood. This strong smell makes me worried about how it could affect my rabbit!Overall, not worth the money paid for this adorable hutch. Keep researching for a different kind of hutch to save yourself the headache and money of a cheap one.I would have returned it but this seemed way too daunting, having to disassemble the entire hutch (way too many pieces) and try to fit back into the box to return. I will take this purchase as a lesson learned, what NOT to buy again.

Narrow ramp, nice though
Don't buy this if your rabbit is a chewer. Mine is currently destroying it by chewing the wood. He's large, in an xpen with the hutch for height so he can see more. Well he's too big to get up the ramp. He's 8 pounds. So I would recommend only getting this hutch for young, spry, small bunnies. You must assemble the product which I feel like was nowhere in the description. For $80 shipping I thought maybe it would come assembled but it's just heavy. Assembly wasn't too bad considering the instructions are lacking. My boyfriend figured it out and enjoys a challenge.Aesthetically it's cute. I got this one so I could put my plants in the window on top, but the roof if slightly angled. Soooo close to being flat though. The materials are cheap, but it smelled nice when it arrived, but was very very smelly.
