It gives you very good back support. But, it is slowly getting compressed and losing it's shape. Could have been better!

Comfortable
Exactly what I wanted. The size and fit is adequate. The cushion is thick and the lower back support is awesome. It might feel that cost is a bit high but the quality compensates is actually good.

Utterly disappointed.
I'm 77 years old and had been using the Amron XAMAX backrest, which I bought from Amazon, for several years, and it gave me the perfect support for my back pain. Since it was unavailable, I chose this one despite knowing it was non-returnable, but I'm completely disappointed. It's far too soft, and as soon as I lean my hip and back on it, the backrest flattens out and offers no relief at all. I just noticed it is non returnable which is very sad and disappointing. Now I'm stuck with the useless piece of product
