Innr Smart Candle Bulb Colour E14, Works with Philips Hue*, Alexa & Google (Hub Required) dimmable, RGBW, 1-Pack, RB 250 C-1 [Energy Class F]

We chose these over the Philips Hue purely for price and we’re not disappointed. The colour qualities are great and reviews on YouTube show they are truer than Hue. I’m not sure as I can’t compare but they look great to me. The downside is that the Hue App recognises they aren’t Hue bulbs and while most important features work, there are a few which don’t (like power on behaviour and integration with Siri/HomeKit which doesn’t seem to work as the lights aren’t recognised). Still they work with Alexa and function with the Hue app and hub for general settings so we’re pleased with them.

I've no major complaints and for the lamps we're using them in these are probably better than the Philips versions, but there's no denying that these are cheaper for a reason. The main sacrifice seems to be the smaller colour range which means that transitions are choppier as you adjust the colours. If you're using these on their own or together it wouldn't be as noticeable, but and if you're mixing with Philips bulbs you'll immediately see the difference. There are times when the same settings on the two are significantly different, though in real-world usage it's not a huge problem

Overall I love these bulbs. Works well with the Philips Hue hub and hue application. I was so impressed I purchased 10 e14s and a B22. However, if you plan to use 3rd Party iOS hue applications (like OnSwitch) it seems unable to change the colour of the e14’s rendering them unusable with those applications. IConnectHue does seem to work fine so maybe the apps that don’t work correctly can be updated. My INNR bayonet bulb works fine though so it seems specific to the e14’s. Don’t be put off your purchase though, especially if you will only use the Hue app to control them but if your intention is to use one of the many 3rd Party Hue apps with these bulbs you might have to wait until the apps are updated with support.Finally, excellent communication/updates from INNR support when I was frustrated with iOS apps not working.

I use this bulb for my desk lamp and the white setting on bright is ideal its very bright and the colours are nice too using the Alexa app and presets. To switch the lamp to factory settings when buying second hand or passing it on to someone just switch on and off for 6 times. Do this before setting this up for the first time with the Hue app and then Alexa app, these apps are not as difficult as it sounds though and I found it very easily to setup the bulb and every feature works a treat with Alexa. However it says compatible with Google but its not even listed with them in the home app and when I try to set it up it can't find it so I can't recommend it for Google but works perfect with Alexa and Philips Hue.

It’s like a hue bulb but cheaper.I have been extremely impressed with the quality of this bulb. It installs on Hue easily and without extra steps. This value may Be a point of compromise though as I have found that the range from the Hub is not as grand as the original bulb; this has only occurred in the most distant of places I wanted a Hue compatible bulb.

Lovely colours. Had an issue with Alexa recognising the bulb ad a colour bulb and couldn't figure it out. Innr customer services were very prompt and got back with a fix in less than a day .. just had to disable the Hue skill in Alexa and enable it. Worked a charm. Colour transitions aren't as smooth as Hue but for half the price I'll happy.

I bought three of these bulbs in December 2020, at 25 months old two failed within a week of each other after being set to the bright warm white setting, for most the previous period they had been set to blue colour for atmosphere.The bulbs literally made a crackling sounds, and produced a constant flow of black acrid smoke for about 30s. I had to ventilate the house, and the lamp fitting was blackened on the inside.I seriously question the quality of innr now.

Received next day via prime delivery, great as always.I am a Philips Hue user but their E14 colour blubs are just so expensive so I was looking for a better value bulb that I could integrate with my hue system.Setting up the Innr bulb with the hue system was super simple and took less than a minute from within the hue app.I am pleased with the range of colours and the lamp is very responsive within the hue system and also via voice control.Would definitely recommend this smart bulb from Innr.

Ottima lampadina, posseggo varie lampadine ed accessori Hue e devo dire che questa innr si inserisce perfettamente, l'ho collegata pure all'ambilight del TV e funziona alla grande, prodotto consigliato per chi vuole creare un ambiente luminoso.

Produit de bonne qualité, quelques difficultés à être détecté.Utilisée avec l'application OnSwitch, l'ampoule ne fonctionne pas correctement. elle conserve la première couleur qui lui a été attribuée.Fonctionne parfaitement avec Hue Switcher.A noter, que les produits Innr ne peuvent être utilisés dans l'espace loisir qu'avec les scènes (La e14 souffrant du même problème qu'avec OnSwitch). Le mode synchro (jeux, vidéo et musique) n'utilisera que des ampoules Philips, c'est dommage.

Habe o.g. E14 Leuchtmittel von Innr gekauft um eine E14 Glühlampe zu ersetzen.Warum Innr?Nun, wegen der Kompatibilität zu Amazon Echo Plus. Der Hersteller verspricht Steuerung der Leuchte über den Echo Plus ohne zusätzlichen Innr Hub, da der Echo einen entsprechenden Smarthome - Hub, ich glaube nach dem Zigbee - Protokoll integriert hat.Was Innr versprochen hat, stimmt, auch wenn mein Echo Plus bei der ersten gelieferte Leuchte - warum auch immer - zickte. Er meldete "keine neuen Geräte gefunden" und hat aber trotzdem die Leuchte integriert. Da ich letzteres erst später bemerkte hatte ich inzwischen Innr kontaktiert, die mir sofort Abhilfe mit einer Ersatzleuchte versprachen.Auch dieses Versprechen hielt der Kundendienst von Innr.Die zweite Leuchte hat sich sofort mit meinem Echo Plus verbinden lassen. Dies und der aus meiner Sicht hervorragende Kundendienst bewog mich dann beide Leuchten zu behalten.Zur Leuchte selbst:Viele Farbmöglichkeiten, 5 Weißstufen von Kaltweiß bis "Warmes Weiß". Letzteres erscheint etwas dunkel, aber wirkt gemütlich da ein sehr warmer Ton, vom Hersteller mit 1700°K angegeben, welches durchaus real ist.Nächste Stufe "Warmweiß " wesentlich heller, nat. etwas kälter aber gut z.B. zum Lesen geeignet,Die Bunten Varianten sind dann eher als Ambiente bei Partys gedacht.Die Leuchte wird um den Sockel herum ziemlich warm, was aber lt. Hersteller normal ist und man kann sich denken das auf relativ engen Raum Elektronik auch Wärme erzeugt, die auf Grund der geschlossenen Bauweise nicht so ohne weiteres abgeführt wird.Soweit ich das beurteilen kann besteht der Sockel aus Plastik, vielleicht währe Alu als Wärme - Ableiter sinnvoller gewesen, aber das wage ich erst zu beurteilen, wenn ich die Leuchte länger in Betrieb habe.Ansonsten zunächst von der Qualität und noch mehtr vom Kundendienst positiv beeindruckt
