Remington T-71 Dual Mold Shooting Glasses (Amber Lens/Black Frame)

I use these as my shooting glasses. The yellow tint is slightly weird the first few seconds but then it is not noticeable and keeps my eyes relaxed even after hours of being on the range. Also, after they have gotten a little scratched (probably from being put in an old sock and tossed in my range bag) I just downgrade them to safety glasses for woodworking etc and I buy a new set.I've got a set of Peltor active cancellation ear protection and these don't bother me at all when wearing both.I recently bought some Peltor brand glasses but I haven't tried them yet. I'll try to come back here after using the new ones.Clear lenses are great too but I find I prefer the yellow tint.

Great glasses, I love the increased contrast of the yellow lenses. For hunting and in the forest, it's a big improvement, and I generally find myself using them on the road all the time as it makes the world just look... brighter... Helpful in the dark muggy Oregon winters. My only complaint is the style and shape, it's just not that cool looking on your head. Can't really wear this in public. But I still love it.

Got these based on a review saying they work well with earmuffs... They don't.I just got Howard Leight R-01526 Impact Sport Electronic Earmuffs and they fit pretty tight on the head. With these glasses cause a GAP in the earmuff to no longer sitt completely flush and over the ear, thus causing a space between your ear and the muff... that means you know hear the guns shots at the range.. not cool...They are FINE glasses if you don't wear muffs... if you wear muffs you REALLY need some type of glasses that sit FLUSH against your temples... THESE DO NOT sit flush, they jut out.-Nigel

I bought these for driving. I wanted something to help cut the glare and since I wear contacts, I really wanted the wrap around feel to help block air from dying out my eyes.They could be made of a little more sturdy material but for what I use them for, they are perfect and both help protect my eyes but also breaks the glare in day and night driving.

Had problem with last set fogging up. The T-71 is a lot better than the exchangeable lens glasses I initially purchased with multiple colored lens, as the lens kept falling out. I would recommend these as they are both comfortable, inexpensive and do the job great!

Of the better I've had in terms of high total light transmittance. Excellent for driving / flying in fog, snow and other obstructions to vision, even under low light conditions. However, don't fit over glasses well and distort peripheral refraction due to curved lenses. Otherwise, good price for mono-chromatic amber lenses. I don't shoot so can't speak to that application.

I bought these primarily as driving glasses. They work great at cutting the glare in fog and rain. Squinting for long periods of time in rain/fog makes my face hurt. When I put these on, my face instantly relaxes and I can see more clearly. I don't find they help much at night. But for the price you can't beat them

I love these shooting glasses. They cover my eyes with full wrap and it's just the right tint of yellow to give me the best contrast. I also call them my happy glasses because when I take them off, the world seems much cooler and sadder. Put them back on and everything's happy!But then again, I'm at the range burning through rounds and rounds of ammo, what's not to be happy about? Well my suggestion is to get a pair of these and then you'll really know what's going on. :)
