Pretty good stuff. Not the easiest to use but the results justify it.
It’s messy, as a lot of the reviews on the boating sites indicate, but does a good job. I recently acquired an older bayliner trophy model and it had been somewhat neglected. Solid boat, but not a lot of shine left. I used a 3m wheel to remove all the decals then polished with the aqua buff. Used a wool pad on a cheap harbor freight rotary buffer on speed 4.There was a learning curve as to how much to apply and how much water to add, but once I had the hang of things it went pretty slick. Basically keep going with medium pressure until you have the majority of the residue off and then clean off any remainder with a microfiber rag. Avoid any metal fittings at all cost or things get ugly. Smears the area black almost instantly.Very pleased with the results. Put on a coat of collinite fleetwax after as a protectant and it’s a whole new boat.

UNREAL!
Using a 8 inch wool buffing pad and doing maybe 1 1/2 - 2 sq ft at a time it brings out a great shine to my 20 year old fiberglass boat!!!Love this stuff.

Very effective compound
Works great; used with a wool buffing pad on a high-speed buffer and it cut right through the oxidation on my boat. Very time consuming and having a spray bottle of water to keep the surface wet seemed to be necessary but otherwise the product worked great!

Leaves gummy residue marks
I got this as a substitute for 3M Finesse-it wax free glaze and it is just awful to work with. Using the recommended buffer speed it leave gummy residue that is very difficult to remove. In one case I needed to use acetone and a cuff pad putting me back to square one at getting the finish I wanted. The 3m product is more expensive but works flawlessly every time.
