Very good value indeed. You may be wondering whether you would need so many wedges, but bear in mind that you can use two together to wedge a window open slightly higher . Also with doors it is necessary to use more than one to make sure that it stays in the open position. Plus at this time of year useful to take one with you if you are going to be taking refreshemnts out of doors to solve that annoying wobbly table problem .

Purchase price £4.99 for 12 piecesI have an air conditioner (AC) in my office and cut a window-sized wooden panel so that I could then put a circular hole to vent the AC tubing. Although not terrible, I am not the world's best at DIY and in this case the frame I created to slot the panel in place was a mm or so out of place and the panel kept dislodging. This has fixed that completely. I can still move/remove the panel as needed i.e. when I actually need to close the window. Such a small thing to make a huge improvement!

It's not that easy to find window wedges these days - just what you need for a rattling sash window. But they are also useful for all sorts of other things - to pop under a bit of wobbly furniture for instance or to even up something on a floor that isn't level. These are white rubber - not too hard and not too soft either. 12 in a bag - good value and very useful.

I used some of these to slightly tip an antique cupboard backwards as the doors kept swinging open. I also used some to level a cupboard in a corner which was slightly wobbly from being on top of carpet grips on two sides. I normally use wooden wedges but I wanted something a bit thicker and these fit the bill perfectly and have done exactly what I needed from them.

Just nails it! No more rattling windows at an awesome price. Enough that I can lose a few behind the radiator too - no big deal.

Worked perfectly for what I wanted. We have old victorian windows and our elephant neighbours upstairs were making it shudder and rattle all morning and evening. Now it doesn't budge at all, and I can sleep! The only problem is that it is coming to summer now, and I will have to take them out to open the window and then set them in place again. Only ended up using two from the pack for one window.

Always come in handy, these little things. Have used several already and carry a couple in my handbag - you'd be surprised how often you sit at wobbly café tables!

Used to balance a toilet after re-installing it on tiles. Not as easy to cut as others I've used previously, but no big deal.
