Using MacBook Pro machines for years have revealed one common "design flaw" - key contact with the screen when laptop is closed. After upgrading to a new MBP I've decided to take a preventative approach - and the GhostBlanket is the perfect solution. Simply lay it on the keyboard before you close the lid. It mitigates oil and smudge transfer to the screen from key contact - so simple, yet works perfect. Fits over the keyboard and no issues with closing the lid thanks to the GhostBlankets super thin profile. Protect your machine with it - such a cheap and effective investment.

Good quality cloth, fits my MacBook exactly as it said it would. A little thicker than I thought but no issues closing the lid on it so far. Very soft, and cleans my screen as well as protecting it.

The product is perfect! I don't use screen protectors on my 13" MacBook, and this does prevent it from getting scratches from it's own keys. This also works perfectly to clean it up. You might see keyboard marks on the screen even with this protector, but it's not the solid Keyborad scratches, it's a soft cleanable markign after a couple of days using it. Maybe this is a bit too thick? When I run because I'm late to class, for some reason, I noticed it stops my macbook to remain closed because this protector gets a bit fold inside of the MacBook, preventing it to fully close, wasting battery. This only happens when I move my backpack too much, but I'd rather blame my MacBook's bag, which is too loose, allowing this to fold inside slightly.

This product is a game-changer for keeping my MacBook Air (M4 - 15-inch model) screen spotless and free from annoying smudges. I was pleasantly surprised by how incredibly thin and smooth the fabric is; it doesn’t hinder the lid from closing at all, which was a concern I had before purchasing. The stylish gray color stands out on my workspace and makes it easy to locate in my laptop bag. It effectively prevents scratches, stickiness, and oils from accumulating on both the keyboard and screen. I simply hand-wash it with a drop of Dawn dish soap and warm water, letting it air dry overnight before placing it back on my laptop for protection while I head to class and work the next day. It dries quickly, but I prefer to let it hang out overnight while I recharge my laptop and back up my data. I was so impressed that I bought another one for my daughter! I even use it to gently wipe smudges off my eyeglasses, and it leaves no residue or marks behind. I find myself handling this ghost cloth multiple times a day, as I like to close my laptop for privacy and confidentiality. It's truly a must-have accessory! It's durable and shows no signs of wear.

It protects my MacBook Pro 16 screen and keyboard well. This is the one to get and you will not get keyboard marker on the glass.

Great investment for those that don't want to risk putting a screen protector on their MacBook display. I didn't want to put a screen protector on my MacBook Pro because I didn't want to put extra strain on the hinge, but I still wanted to protect my display from the keyboard. This GhostBlanket has done an amazing job protecting my display, and it also doubles as a great microfiber cloth for my glasses. I don't take my laptop anywhere without it. I highly recommend this purchase.

I only buy this brand so 5stars but for MacBook Air 15", please get the 16" cloth. The 13" cloth is too small for 15" Air. Yes, per title, it covers the keyboard well but we also need to cover the touchpad and the wrist area.

I’ve tried a few keyboard protection cloths for MacBooks before, and this is easily the best one I’ve used so far. The biggest advantage is how incredibly thin it is. Unlike some other brands, this one allows my MacBook to close completely with no visible gap or extra pressure on the screen. That was very important to me because thicker keyboard covers and cloths can sometimes leave marks on the display over time. The material feels very soft and smooth, and it does a great job protecting the screen from keyboard imprints and fingerprints. I’ve been using it regularly and haven’t noticed any marks or residue on the display. It also comes nicely packaged and includes two microfiber blankets, which is a great value. The extra one is useful to keep as a backup or for cleaning. Fit-wise: - On my MacBook Pro 13", it covers the full keyboard area plus one side of the speakers. - On my MacBook Pro 14" (M5), it covers the keyboard area well, although the side speakers remain uncovered. Even with the slightly different fit between models, the product exceeded my expectations overall. If you want a very thin keyboard/screen protector cloth that won’t interfere with closing your MacBook, this is an excellent option.

Nice but extortionately overpriced. You can find the same product from the same manufacturer with the same design and packaging (I'm guessing it's white label) on Amazon.sa for 30 riyals and on Aliekspress for 10~15 riyals (with free delivery). I feel like I got the product and got robbed at the same time. It's criminal how badly companies will rip the public off if they can get away with it.

Had a problem on my m3 Pro Mac where the keyboard would leave microscratches on the screen - seems to be an issue with the chassis. Have been using this over a year with no issues and the scratches didn't get worse. Ended up buying 2 more!
