Pamela's Products Gluten Free Cookie Mix, Chocolate Chunk, 13.6 Ounce Unit

I have a daughter who’s Gluten Free and I’m allergic to corn and corn sweeteners so it’s often hard to find a decent cake. We make it without eggs as allergic to those too. Absolutely love the flavor and texture of this cake! We top with raspberry compote and it’s always a hit. Sometimes hard to find in store so Amazon really helps!!

Love this product.It is very comparable to the gluten full products.No added sugar.

The best gluten free chocolate cake recipe I have ever tried.Unfortunately, I can't eat it anymore as I have celiac disease and I now react to it. The packaging has changed, it now warns manufactured on equipment that also processes wheat!!!!!This first happened to Pamela's brownie mix which is not truly gluten free, now the chocolate cake mix, and also the vanilla cake mix.I will have to look for alternatives to the best mixes every made for those who have to be truly gluten free. How sad that the company has come to this.

This is our favorite cornbread ever! I’ve made other mixes and recipes from scratch but none compare, Pamela’s cornbread is our favorite hands down. The texture is not too moist, not too crumbly, and the flavor is wonderful! Highly recommend.

I love Pamela’s so this is not a bad review for their cake mix. But lost two whole bags that were clipped and spilled and made a huge mess everywhere. Ugh. Not the end of the world, but disappointing to have to clean up and be down two bags!

What I like in particular is there’s no added sugar. Gives you the option to add your own amount or use a no calorie substitute, which I did. Whole heartedly recommend.

I love Pamela's. I thought this would be classic Pamela's; I was wrong. Now I am stuck with 5 out of 6 packages of what amounted to hard tack gruel. $36 for this? Look, I don't eat eggs so I added chia seeds "eggs", 6 teaspoons of olive oil, and hemp milk instead of water. This works fine in every other cornbread recipe I have ever baked but this was awful. The bread didn't even rise. It just looked like a hard batter cracker in the pan. It tasted okay flavor wise but I wanted bread; not a huge oily cracker. I threw it all away. I'll never buy it again. I'll stick to the Trader Joe's brand and just suffer the gluten inflammation consequences the next time I have a craving for cornbread.
