Acne be gone!
Awesome product. My skin feels smoother and softer. My pours appear smaller and my T-Zone is less oily. I also noticed dramatically reduced redness. I had some angry breakouts due to medication reactions and PMS, I used the 3 step kit and within 3 to 4 days I saw so much improvement. It can cause dryness but a good moisturizer and only using it 1x daily will help to resolve that.

I wish I knew about this product years ago!!!!
Iโve been using these products for awhile now and itโs really made the difference. I wouldnโt recommend this product to someone with dry or super sensitive skin, but it definitely wouldnโt cause any problems when used occasionally. Iโve found it to be drying when used regularly, especially the lotion, but it does wonders alone. Using a moisturizing face lotion along with these products has worked perfectly for me and has not dried out my skin. This routine has cleared up 99.9% of my acne, but I have noticed that you do have to keep up with it to maintain clear skin. These products are also non-scented, which is great for someone with sensitive skin and just your face in general. I use this along with spot treatment and my skin has never looked better! Not to mention these products are also fast-acting, giving results overnight unlike many other acne products that require months worth of use. Worth more than what youโre paying for! Reading through other reviews, this product is definitely controversial and not for everyone. The active ingredient is benzoyl peroxide, which can explain why it has given different people different reactions. If someone has never used benzoyl peroxide on their skin it can be very intense and itโs definitely capable of making your skin worse. If you use this product with no previous acne medication use or apply these products too often it can easily cause burns, irritation, or rashes. These side effects are common, itโs just your skin telling you the medication is too strong and harsh. When buying acne medication, the best thing you can do is research and patch tests. This way you will be able to find what works best for you. Salicylic acid is another active ingredient used in acne products that could also give someone the same bad reaction. Most of the time these reactions happen either because youโre skin is not familiar with these products or just not susceptible to the specific medication. Iโve had a past with both benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid, coming to a conclusion benzoyl peroxide is best for my skin. That is not the case for others though, everyoneโs skin is different and the same product will work differently on different people with different skin types. The average percentage to start on benzoyl peroxide is 2.5%. The acne lotion contains 3.7% which can be damaging and drying if you do not slowly ease into it or if your skin is not familiar with benzoyl peroxide and this percentage. Some that have come across issues used these products daily, even twice a day. This will easily harm your skin just because of how intensifying it is. Even though this is not a prescription drug and is available to anyone, it is definitely not made for everyone and can be extreme and harsh. A moisturizing face lotion is your best friend while using these products because they are drying and will absorb your natural oils, even for someone that does not have dry skin. I would definitely recommend to ease into these products and determine what is best for your individual skin for the best results. I do not believe this is a good product for first-time acne medication users just because of the strength. This product is definitely best for someone that knows their skin and has knowledge about acne medication and how itโs used. If this product is used correctly it will show correct results.

HOLY GRAIL
Amazing. My skin gets rashes and small bumps that are itchy and this is a saving grace. A little goes a long way and would recommend only using it once a day and reducing to every other day if possible. I would not put the lotion directly on skin after washing but rather on top of your moisturizer to reduce dryness. It does make your skin red in the first couple of weeks and stinging does occur but that will go away as itโs healing your skin. A good moisturizer is a MUST while using this!

Love hate relationship
So I've only used this system for 3 three days as the packaging instructs and I already can see a difference. My skin is softer, whiteheads are easier to extract, and redness has decreased by a whole lot. I have hormonal, adult acne with oily/combination skin and usually have about three breakouts at one time. I am super excited to see if this system will be able to prevent breakouts from occurring. Update: Ok so I've used this for a few weeks now and took off a star. First, this became super drying. I'm talking about peach fuzz all over the face drying. Peeling tiny particles of skin off my face drying. My makeup applied even worse with this vs applying makeup to a face with breakouts on it. So I've now started to use this every other day. Second, when you get breakouts, the healing process is super slow. I forgot to wash my face one night and woke up to three new breakouts. I started to use the lotion as a spot treatment but my stubborn acne did not budge. The lotion helped to keep the size of the zit down but it took an entire 8 days for the zit to go away. Until then, there was a medium size, very noticeable bump on my face. So this is not for people who want rapid results. There are drugstore spot treatment options that perform much better. So I love the system for preventing breakouts but hate the dry skin I get after using this.

IMPRESSED!
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Like others in the reviews, Iโm 36 and suffer from cystic acne. My assumption is itโs triggered by hormones because some weeks are way better than others! I mean this by no exaggeration, one week I have pretty clear skin and the next week I have 12 pimples on one cheek (yeah, I counted). I decided to give this a go. Other reviews seemed to suffer from similar issues and were close in age. Let me tell youuuuuuuuu, those 12 pimples are 3 and they are almost gone, def way less inflammation and some even came to a head. Iโve been using it for 5/6 days now. What I canโt speak for is the last step in the system. There were so many reviews that said the retinol destroyed their face, I wasnโt willing to chance it, so Iโve never used that bottle. As someone who has tried so many things, antibiotics, birth control, dermatologist, curology, Iโm sure Iโm leaving something out, this has not disappointed as of yet. Best part for me is, no โpurgeโ before it gets better. I hate that. Using this, it just got better, not worse before it began. Just try it. Not a paid review. Just someone who is impressed and never writes reviews and knows how depressing bad skin can be. EDIT*** I used the retinol bottle two times. I see what itโs there for, but beware of the purge. If you have cystic acne like me, what happened was: I put it on before bed, only on one side of my face ( I was scared!) and I woke up and most of the cystic knots came to a head. Ultimately, I feel like itโs beneficial to the process, the purge just sucks. Now those little knots are all inflamed. But Iโm going to stick the process and report back.

This Is a Great Product
I'm in my 60's and have been using this product for about 10years now. It's fantastic. I have always had an oily breakout prone complexion since my teens so I have tried many different regimens, some were the quite expensive, cosmedical stuff. When I hit my 50s physiological changes were chaos on my face and the expensive stuff wasn't cutting it for me. I saw this very affordable (!!!) product at the store and tried it. Right away a big difference and my skin felt calm again. Never going back to spendy skincare. The only other thing I do besides this product is use hyaluronic acid every day under the lotion and sometimes an eye cream or facial gua sha oil. I get many compliments on my skin from dermatologists (and others) and they ask me what I'm using and I tell them that I use this stuff, lol.

OK kit; not really like Proactiv
I haven't had regular acne for a while (since I was a teenager), but recently I had a really bad cystic acne flareup. I'm a pretty low maintenance person so usually I just use a gentle face wash followed up with a moisturizer and sunscreen. That wasn't cutting it with this most recent breakout that was the type of acne that was both painful and prone to scarring. It wasn't going away on its own like it usually does and I had 3-4 really painful ones so I decided to pick up this kit. I do have sensitive skin but I'm not allergic to benzoyl peroxide, which is the active ingredient in this kit. I have used Proactiv in the past but it stopped working for me and I didn't feel like getting caught up in the auto-billing practices from ordering on their main site. I also found Proactiv to be a lot more expensive at other retailers. After Proactiv stopped working for me, I went with a "less is more" approach to my acne and I mostly outgrew it before this most recent breakout. I wanted to see what else was out there and saw that this kit had a lot of positive feedback and wanted to give it a try. General overview of each product in the kit: Cleanser: If you like the beads in the Proactiv cleanser, you probably won't be a fan of this facewash. There is a slight "grit" to it, but nothing like the beads in the Proactiv cleanser. It's pretty drying so I wouldn't use it every day. It left my face with that "squeaky-clean" feeling that feels like I over-washed my face. Definitely use a good moisturizer with this facewash. Toner: Worst product of the bunch. All you can smell is the alcohol. I would either switch it out for a different toner if you really want to follow the routine, or only use it on active pimples. Alcohol is actually a great disinfectant but I wouldn't use it on my whole face. The Proactiv toner is definitely superior to this since that uses the pricier glycolic acid base. Lotion: Comparable to the Proactiv lotion. As other reviewers have mentioned, I would use this sparingly as well. It can be drying if you apply this to your whole face, instead of just active pimples. I found this less drying than the facewash though. As long as I use it sparingly, I can use the lotion daily with minimal dryness, but if I use the cleanser everyday the dryness is out of control. Routine: I only use the cleanser 1-2 times a week and use another sensitive skin facewash daily. If I use the cleanser anymore then that, the dryness gets out of control. Not just flakiness, but the type of dryness where it burns if you apply lotion on it. I do have sensitive skin, but I never had that type of dryness when I was on Proactiv (just general flakiness). I believe Proactiv only has 2.7% benzoyl peroxide in it vs the 3.7% in this kit. 3.7% is a bit high for me to apply to my entire face but works well applied sparingly to active pimples. I usually skip the toner or only apply it to active pimples. I use the lotion daily on any acne-prone places and active pimples, but not my whole face. I always followup with a moisturizer and a sunscreen. Purging period: As others have mentioned, I did experience a pretty bad purging period when I first started using the kit. It brought out cystic acne in places that I usually don't get it like on the far sides of my cheeks near my ears. It definitely gets worse at first before it gets better. The acne did eventually all go away but did leave brown marks behind that are going to take a while to fade. There also was the severe dryness I mentioned above, until I learned to get the "dosage" right for my skin. General opinion/recommendation: I would purchase the kit again if I was on a budget because it will do in a pinch, but I will probably search for something better. I feel like it does make my acne go away but it's pretty harsh on my skin and I don't feel like I can use it as part of my daily routine for a long period of time. I would be interested to try the "sensitive skin" version of the kit in the future to see how it compare. Right now I'm just going to finish up the remainder of this kit before introducing other items into my skincare routine.

Acnefree 4 Step Severe Acne Treatment Kit, The Miracle That Gave Me Back My Face!
(I just did my review on Acnefree Sulfur Mask and i decided to also leave my review on Acnefree 4 Step Severe Acne Treatment Kit, because i bought them from different sellers and used them together) I bought Acnefree last year 2016, actually over a year now. It worked amazing! It started working on my face like 2 to 3 days, i saw results pretty fast. Am currently free from acne and big cyst and this Acnefree played the First Major Role, followed by Diet and fruit & vegetable Juicing which finally knocked it off. I had no side effect or reaction or what so ever. But at first, i discovered that as Acnefree was viscously fighting my hundreds of acne + cyst, clearing them up. I discovered new one's were poping up, that was when i decided to flush my inside-out by adding diet + juicing to my battle against that horrible acne and cyst. And the results were amazing, but it took a lot of work, discipline and money. Their customer service as i remember then was very, very helpful and kind, because i don't live in the states, so sometimes they are not allowed to ship to DE. Note to those who left reviews on how it didn't work on their faces. One important thing you must know is that what you eat is what comes out of your body in most cases. So do not expect Acnefree to work on your face while you keep feeding yourself with tons of sweet soft drinks, load of fat food, sugar and God knows what else. If Acnefree is not working on your face as it's designed to work, THEN CHECK YOUR DIET AND CHANGE IT. It worked for me, because i just did the same method i told you. Acneefree was working really fast on my face, but new acne and cyst were poping out, Acnefree was not the problem, but it was the food that i was still putting in the inside of me that was causing the irritation and breeding more cyst. After i did my own research, i changed my diet by doing some vegetable fasting, followed with some essential vitamins, then juicing which lasted a long, long time, that was when Acnefree won the fight for me and today i am acne and cyst free. Am not a vegan, i still eat the food i love, but in moderation. And i don't do juicing anymore, i don't use Acnefree anymore, i use just Face Serum (oil) and some gentle face wash and i don't have acne or cyst on my face anymore. I have one acne on my cheek once in a while, when am stressed and they go away sooner. Not like before when i had the whole of my face fully covered up with acne and cyst and there was not one single room for my face to breath, it was disgusting. I would highly recommend Acnefree for those suffering from cyst and acne. Never give up, do all you can and take your diet seriously, because without a good healthy diet to join force with Acnefree it might not work for some people.
