As expected, no surprises
It would be nice if the description identifies the toilet(s) that this lever handle is for. For me it is the ST243. I had to go to the TOTOUSA website to find the correct part number. These things are not universal. It's kind of odd having the metal lever loosely secured to the handle with a plastic part even when the screw is fully tightened. I should also mention that the handle is secured to the tank with a "normal" clockwise tighten thread. It took only a minute to replace the handle and everything worked just fine. Hope this helps.

I received a product that didn't match description. In fact it looked like a knockoff

It was important to use the type specifically designed for our model of toilet. Another we purchased just didn't work the same.

Nothing Like Using OEM Part
The Toto OEM replacement part fit and operated perfectly, and all, slightly cheaper, third party parts from my local Home Depot failed.
