GREAT easy-up shelter
Very easy to set up & take down, nicely engineered with top vent, beautiful color, company sent me the weight bags when I let them know mine hadn't come with them. Zero complaints - I would gladly purchase this again!

Good and recommended
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really love it. I am in California. The sun in summer makes me hate to drive my car. It is much better now after I have this roof in my front yard. It is strong and easy set up. The only thing to improve is the sand bag weight may not heavy enough for windy weather. I purchased bigger and heavier water bags to make it perfect. I like it.

Great quality, set is a breeze, but weight breaks break easily
Love this tent!! I've been saving for a pop up tent for my craft business for a year and then I found the mushroom print and it was just perfect. Super easy to set up and take down alone as a 5'1" woman, easy to move with the rolling carry case, and did fantastic in 3 rainy days at the Renaissance Faire. I did have a tiny bit of rain coming in through the ventilation flaps at the top, but that was only noticeable when it was at it's shortest setting over night; I never saw water dripping in throughout the day once I raised it. I had a ton of compliments on the mushroom topper and it got a lot of attention! The only reason I took a star off was the weight bags are very cheaply made; I filled one with sand, plopped it down from like 6 inches off the ground, and the stitches immediately burst and the sand leaked out. Ended up filling ziplok bags with sand and putting those into the weight bags, which did work for the weekend but I will be looking for alternative weights for my tent in the future.

If you want to 'Stand out', then Stand out!
Well, I have used canopies for years to sell my Resin Art but I have never had one quite like this one.I almost did not order it due to the cantilever pin releases. I prefer the pull pin for longevity. But my main sales are skulls....so..I have only done 3 shows since I got it but the reactions are amazing! I actually had a lady (Skull collector) tell me she was not going to stop but saw my canopy and had to see what I was selling. Yes, she made a nice purchase. :)The top was nice and snug and easy to tie down. I know they say to take it apart to stow it but nobody actually does. When I drop it, it pushes together with the top in place with ease. The case is a bit snug but it goes on and works perfectly.I can honestly say, I know the next one will be another one of these. So Happy with this purchase.

Great buy!!!
I have two of these 8x8 canopies, and so far I really like them. I am 74 years old and easily put them up by myself! These are located on my second story deck. Last night we had crazy high winds, and I'm at the top of a hill. I have two of the legs bungee corded onto the deck railings and I use the sandbags. Last nights winds didn't impact them at all. Still standing this morning...in the same place...with no tears.

Disappointed on Birthday camping trip
I purchased this canopy tent and received it on June 13th. The following week I had a week long camping trip planned for me and my granddaughter. Upon arrival, i opened the box for the canopy and took out the parts. We put the frame up with the red canopy part, staked it, and everything was fine. After our first night, we had a rainstorm and the canopy tent collapsed and broke in about 4 places. It was very disappointing as it was the canopy that went over the picnic table. I also bought walls for it. Where it broke made it impossible to put it back together in the box as it would not fold back up. At the campground, there were other canopies and tents that were not affected by this storm. I contacted Amazon and they would not replace it or refund it because I was unable to return it. My granddaughter and I were lucky it did not collapse on us. Setting it up was easy. This was very disappointing for us so I can’t give a good review. I’ve attached photos of the canopy.

One of the best for the money
This is the second Eagle Ridge canopy we've had. We had a two-year-old frame for which the original canopy was destroyed. We found an Eagle Ridge canopy to fit the frame we had, and together they lasted another two years -- until recently when I didn't have time to take it down before a gale-force wind and rain storm hit, and it was destroyed. Before that it had held up in some very strong winds, but this was just too much (80 mph gusts). The frame was literally on its lasts legs (it had lost hardware and I had to improvise on that). So the frame twisted and collapsed, and punctured and ripped the canopy. No canopy can withstand that kind of treatment.I really liked the quality of the Eagle Ridge canopy we had, and how snugly and well it attaches to a frame (excellent system of strategically placed velcro closures), so I ordered a new canopy and frame together.I put it up yesterday (it's the beginning of September as I write), since we'll still get a couple of months use out of it before cold weather forces us inside. The frame is sturdy (straight-leg version) and well-designed. The canopy has a roof vent (very helpful in moderate to even strong winds), and comes with strong nylon cords attachable to the corners to help anchor it. We also use 16-pound water bags attached to each leg. Between those and the cords, the canopy is anchored quite well.We use it on our cement patio, over our outdoor dining table, with the cords anchored in the grass around it.An important aside: We've found that water bags work much better than sand bags: they're heavier than most sandbags, therefore give more stability; and FAR easier to fill. And you can just drain them and put them away for the winter, and not have to drag heavy bags still filled with sand to wherever you're going to store them.
