Drop in replacement for my Caldera Niagra
Drop in replacement for my Caldera Niagra, pump #1 (pump #2 looks the same and would use both speeds). Didn't drain tub, lost 3" of water, got soaked! Procedure: shut off circuit breaker, use a strap wrench to loosen plumbing fittings, cut power cord, removed wing nuts, looped power cords so they wouldn't get wet, disconnected pipes, swapped out pump making sure o-rings were still seated, reverse order and done. Didn't use the connector that it came with. Spliced green to green, white to white and black to black. For high speed tie black to red. Low speed is low, but comfortable.
