My two youngest sons painted an old 1995 Toyota with this paint and they had just enough to get the job done. It has been around 6 months since they painted it and it still looks good. Sure was a lot cheaper than paying someone to do it and for a first time car painting project they did a nice job. The car looks much better. The color was as advertised and following the directions and using a cheap HF sprayer they got it done. Good investment and good experience/project for a couple of young men....

I am a DIY painter - not a pro and this paint was so good it has made me look better than I am!I used an HPLV Devilbiss gun with a 1.3 tip on a 3/8" line from a compressor capable of sustaining a 9 cubic feet airflow, spraying at 20 PSI - temp 75%, over a white primer/sealer.I used it to repaint my motorcycle - a cruiser that I've converted into a bagger (no rear seat or top bag). So there is nothing behind the rider to detract from the paint. Which means the paint had better be worthy of looking at!I expected to need 2-3 coats to get a really deep purple color and was shocked to find the first coat was not only a beautiful, deep purple, but that the pearl is so good that it's almost a metalflake. It is brilliant at all times but lights up even more in the sun. I ended up with 3 coats, wetsanded, and then 2 more with clearcoat on top.In it's first week back on the road the bike has had more than a dozen unsolicited compliments from bystanders when it parked.This paint is top quality. Smooth and flowing, it feeds well and blows well with excellent adhesion - at least if you prep the surface well. The only thing to watch for is to take a long time to stir it and bring all that metal off the bottom of the can before adding the hardener and loading your spray gun. I learned to watch behind the stir stick for dark lines; keep stirring as long as they are there! When it's thoroughly mixed the color becomes very constant.It is a great and perfectly named product - dark enough to be purple (not lavender) and crazy rich in pearl coat.Highly recommend it.

First time spraying with a twin pack, much better than anticipated. Paint can be applied thicker than water based, the more coats the better it gets. I would recommend this product.

Paint went on flawlessly and flowed out nicely this is in my home garage with a cheap Amazon gun and inexperienced painter 🙋‍♂️.

I ordered a kit before and everything was right on the money.. I ordered 3 kits just recently and the hardened was not the right amount that is needed for the paint.. all the hardened cans came way below half the can... Very very disappointed!!!

I loved the ease of mixing and it spayed extremely well. The coverage was perfect and the metallic looks amazing!! I painted my golf cart with it and it turned out awesome!! Thank you!!

Good paint, sprays on easy and lays down flat. More of a sky blue than a silver though. That was my bad. Still though it's a quality product
