This is so far from being an "ultimate" anything let alone a tofu cookbook. So disappointed people make "cookbooks" without knowing the cuisine. It clearly shows here the recipes are very plain, nothing in it is "ultimate" worthy.

Thanks again easy reading and super fast reading. We love tofu and your choices for recipes are great. Going to try them all!

Nothing what I thought, the content is just a collection of loose tofu recipes and not so much "everything you need to know about tofu"Buyers look elsewhere if you want something informative, if you want a cookbook you could also probably find something more vivid
