SkySiesta, travel pillow consists of two 4" wide polyuretahane foam bolsters with a velour cover and connected to each other by a double layered wedge shaped, fabric. The pillow sits on the travelers shoulders and provides a resting place for the head and thus reducing stress on the neck. The bolsters bottoms can also be tucked under the chin for a snug fit. The bolster covers have zippers so the foam cores can be removed and the cover washed. A nylon stuff bag is included and can be attached to your carry-on luggage. The SkySiesta travel pillow can be used in airplanes, cars or even at home while napping in your favorite chair.

One word....GREAT!
I didn’t buy for traveling but I definitely will if I do. I was having surgery and I knew I would have to sleep in my La-Z-Boy recliner for several days or more. The one thing I don’t like about my recliner is my head tends to fall from one side to the other. So I looked on the Internet and found this one and it is perfect. It worked exactly how I hoped it would and I was able to sleep without waking myself up because my head is falling to one side or the other. It also did not make me feel confined which those C-shape pillows do and I can’t use. I highly recommend this product.

Use on my recliner
I bought this for head support when I need to sleep in my recliner because of respiratory infections. I love it. It gives me the support I need without pushing my head forward. I wish the bolsters were a bit made of a bit softer cushion so I could conform it a bit, but all-in-all works great for me. Note - I am short, so the pillow fits comfortably on the recliner behind my head; I’m not sure how it would be for a tall person.

Works well, a bit snug
I purchased this item to help me sleep in a recliner post rotator cuff surgery. I can't comment on travel use or how it works on plane seats. That said, I'm pretty happy. There are only 2 negatives I'd point out.1. I did find it a bit more snug than I'd like. It needs to be to give support, but it's more than necessarily so for me. I'd love to see the item improved by adding maybe 1.5 inches of fabric between the pillow rolls and making about 3 inches of it on one end soft sided velcro that one of the rolls can be positioned per individual for size and preference. The other is more minor, especially in light that it's not marketed for the purpose I'm using it for. The straps are nowhere near long enough to fit around a recliner headrest. I got around this by using some sewing elastic and attaching it to the straps. It's fairly important to have it stationary so it'll have resistance to support your head instead of simply moving with you. However, it does the job.

I also liked that the flat fabric is wedge-shaped
This worked very well on my 14-hour flights between East Coast and Seoul, Korea! I was able to twist the flat back fabric to adjust width beteen bolsters. I also liked that the flat fabric is wedge-shaped; and I quickly found the best way to arrange that so I could tuck a corner of one pillow under my chin. It worked just fine, perfect support for my head, and kept my head from falling forward, even though I was in economy class with minimal reclining ability. I also liked the noise cancelling effect of having the pillow right next to my ears. I did wear cheap ear plugs in addition - just in case I shifted my head during sleep. In one direction I had a half seat extra room as the middle seat was empty, so used the elastic band to hold the two cylinders together and used it like a regular pillow on the arm rest, curled up feet sharing the emply middle seat with the other lucky party. It seemed bulky clipped to my carry-on, as I've never carried a travel pillow that way before, but that worked well, and was easy to clip on and off when boarding. If there were a pocket on one of the pillows to hold the sleep mask and some a couple of ear plugs (to keep the supplies together) I'd give this 10 stars! But as it is I'll have to settle for 5.

Compression Sox for Your Head?
The product is a good idea and seems to be well made. But, it is much too small for my head, and I'm not a big guy (6'4" and 155#). The bolsters are like a vice on my head and are shorter than my face it long. The person in the image in the product ad must be tiny. The image shows a gap between her face and the bolster on one side of her head. Not so in my case. In fact, I had to wedge my head into the contraption, literally, and the result was uncomfortable and certainly not functional for me. If you have a small head, this may be the product for you. Otherwise, probably not.

Good support, hard to pack
I travel pretty frequently for work, and sometimes I just can't avoid those early or late flights. Since I'd prefer to nap on the plane, I've bought a variety of travel pillows. This one is one of my favorites, especially when combined with the Trtl Nap Scarf. It holds my head up comfortably and it's snuggly soft. The downside is that since it doesn't attach to anything, it tends to slip and get lost if I need to lean forward - it's even fallen behind my seat before, requiring me to dig around on the floor behind me. It's also the largest of my pillows which makes it hard to pack. That's why I took off a star.

I love it !!!!! greatest purchase I've made on line.
I am elderly and spend too much time in my recliner...when I doze, even for a few seconds, my head drops to the left and I blow out the c-1 & c-2 ( neck ) vertebrae leaving me w/ intolerable pain and dizziness until I can reach the chiropractor... weekends were hell !This is a very well built, very comfortable item ! It is not too big to be cumbersome and does not interfere w/ listening to the TV.I use it everyday. My chiropractor has noticed a big improvement in my neck issues since I purchased this. The biggest bonus is that I don't need pain medication, nor adjustments as frequently when I use the SKY SIESTA .

It is bulky and even using Delta Comfort Seats with more room there wasn't room for the pillow to sit like in the picture
I purchased this product a few months before my Transatlantic flight so I didn't feel I could return it after trying it on our vacation. I am a tall person and this product was very uncomfortable to use. We flew roundtrip from the US to Spain and it stayed in the overhead on the way back. I used my Husbands $9. pillow from Loves. It is bulky and even using Delta Comfort Seats with more room there wasn't room for the pillow to sit like in the picture. It is hard foam so it can't be shaped at all. I wouldn't buy again and would have returned if I didn't buy so far in advance.
