Reliability
The computer screen keeps going black and the computer goes on sleep mode. I have to restart it and after three minutes it does it again. This computer is only 6 mos old. It should not be doing this.Totally unacceptable.

screen cracked when I went to use it
I went to open my screen as I have done with hundreds of other laptops (I'm in IT and like Lenovo) and the screen cracked. The screen case part is not well made or apparently durable enough for regular use. Get the extended accidental damage warranty to cover the manufacturing defect.

May not work on 5Ghz broadband networks, horrible service
I got this computer in December of 2019. It ran pretty well for about 3 months, then all of a sudden the 5Ghz broadband (Century Link) started having issues. First, I would get a Windows system message saying the 5Ghz service isn't secure. It would still connect, but the speed was about 5% (roughly 25 Mbps) of the speed that that was typical, which was between 500 -700 Mbps. It would also frequently stop working. I eventually went back to the 2.4 Ghz because the the computer had no issues with it. Most broadband internet services nowadays have both a 5 Ghz and a 2.4 Ghz.I tried to use my warranty service. What a freak show. I have never dealt with service that bad. Don't know how many reps I talked to. At any rate, 2 months later I still have the same problem. I sent the computer to them, and they supposedly replaced the mainboard, and presumably the wireless adaptor but it still has the same problem. I will pursue this a while longer. Apparently you can upgrade to on-site service for only an additional $3. I may just have to do that.At any rate, I haven't had any other significant problems. But the problem I have is serious. I frequently work from home and I need good internet speed. That was why I upgraded to the Lenovo, which shouldn't be having this problem. The 5 Ghz broadband speed has been in use for years. If I don't get a pretty quick resolution here I will downgrade it another star. So far it's performance is pretty good overall, and poor win reliability and service.
