The item was as ordered and delivered as promised. Our original door catch had broken so we used one the the new items as a direct replacement and we now have one as a spare. It looks a sound item and it does its job well.

Nice to use

Sturdy, well finished hook and eye latch. I was concerned that it would spoil our new French doors but needn’t have worried as they look as good as the door furniture. What’s more the various lengths enabled us to get exactly the right position for keeping the doors open and safe. Good product

Used for the job perfectly

Easy to install and looks good. However I brought this for a garden summerhouse and it hasn't been on long and has already started to rust.

Liked the fact it was the same style and shape of original one on the summerhouse. Fitter had fitted the hook on the summerhouse, but left without fitting the eye latch so was able to fit this as an alternative. Kept the other as spare as came in pack of two and only one required. Has a bit more of a shiny polished finished but value for money in comparison to other sites. Couldn't describe it as heavy duty but pleased with purchase and it keeps door open when needed

Strong hooks hold my upvc French doors open in the wind without issue. Great value

Seems well made, decent screws in the kit, feels like proper stainless.It's an an exposed location so we'll see how the stainless steel holds up!
