Interlux YJF684/QT Interdeck Slip-Resistant Deck Paint - Gray, Quart

Easy to use and good grip. I rolled it on and followed the timing for a second coat. I did mix it 50/50 white and gray to achieve a lighter gray after reading how the gray was dark enough to make for a very hot deck. 50/50 mix gave a nice gray that I hope will not be so hot. Time will tell how it wears.

This is great way to make your decks look great. Plan on two coats, however, for lasting effect. Taping is the biggest challenge. Paint goes on perfect. Great coverage. Inexpensive way to bring an old boat back to life .

Paint did a perfect job of covering dings in the deck. Flat white that matched the original almost perfectly. Use a foam roller for large ares and a small artitst brush for spots. Do not put on a heavy coat.

Great paint, I built a custom deck for my boat and painted it over with this. It has a fine sandpaper texture which gives a pretty good grip on the deck. It does get dirty easily and when I cleaned it the dirt would not come out but that is what I would expect from a bright white paint.

Interlux Interdeck is one of the easiest non-skid paints to apply. It provides a nice even finish and wears well.

As with any marine finish the prep work is the single most important thing - do that properly and this product is a breeze to apply. This paint rolled on well (also looks good) on the front deck of my cruiser and seems to be holding up just fine. Two coats is the minimum for a nice finish and let it cure for a few days before exposing to the elements and/or use.

Sad to do this, as I user Interlux products regularly. I fortunately ordered two of these: The first (this order) has large chunks of either partially cured paint or the anti-skid material in the paint were radically over sized (1/8" - 1/4" pieces) - followed the directions and even with multiple attempts at mixing, still had to pick these pieces out of the applied paint. The second can I ordered did come perfect and the end result was fantastic.
