Gritty unpleasant taste. Mainly millet.
After our local asian shop stopped seliing its farali atta I looked online and found this one...how disappointed I was when I tried it. If it wasn't for what I have paid I would bin it. The composition seems to be mainly millet and the texture is coarse. It tastes horrid when made into a flatbread. I may try to blend with my GF flour so that it is not wasted...but I feel I have wasted my money.
