Could you tell me the sizes of the products? Are they sample sizes or regular sizes?

I gave this as a gift - so I'm not sure about sizes. I paid $30 for 0.5 oz of the "cheek glow" at Sephora. So the duo - which comes nicely packaged - is a good buy.
