Arrived promptly and was well-packed. The craftsmanship of this harp is just wonderful, the cherry wood and finish is absolutely flawless! For new harpers, just realize that your new harp will have to be tuned a few times a day every day for several weeks until the strings are finally stretched properly, and then they will stay in tune longer. To make this easier, I also purchased a Snark electronic tuner. I had good results with this a few years ago when tuning my acoustic guitar.

The media could not be loaded.  Their harp has quality issues ! THEY DON’T HAVE ANY WARRANTY! I contacted Rees harp many times and no response even though they have seen my messages. I just hope they can advise me to fix it. DONT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed. The item was not packaged very well. The first four lower strings were a bit shredded near the top of the tuning pin and 3 of the 4 the eyelets In the back of the sounding board appeared worn. This was not a new instrument. Plus it had a small dent in the front of the neck. The positives were the cherry color and the fact that it’s light & comfortable to play. Returned.

This harp is just beautifully perfect, and I am deeply grateful. Thank you to the souls who made this wonderful instrument available.

I could not have got a better harp. The sound is fantastic, and it was everything that I hoped it would be. Thank you!
