Flattering fit
The Medium fits like a Medium should fit. I bought the red jacket with the black zippered pocket on the chest and 2 pockets at the side seam. The pockets are perfect size, just wish there were interior pockets as well. It's a really beautiful deep shade of red, not bright or flashy fire engine red. The fabric is quite stiff and noisy. You won't sneak up on anyone wearing this jacket. Unfortunately the manufacturer says to hand wash only so I don't think it's going to soften much with washing, but maybe with use. This is not your typical boxy rain jacket. It has a nice gentle curve at the side seam so if you want to wear layers underneath you'll definitely want to size up. The zippers are a little tough to slide, I just hope they hold up over time. There are extensive 2-way zippers under the arm pits for cooling. Be aware that the zipper pulls have cords hanging from them for easy access. It was somewhat bothersome to have the cords hang directly under my arm pit but they aren't as noticeable if pulled to one side of the zipper or the other. You could remove the cords if it suits you better but it may be harder to find the zipper pull. I wish the hood was removable. Would love to know if anyone has a way of rolling up the hood and tucking it out of the way when not in use. It doesn't lay flat against my back and feels cumbersome because it's stiff and sticks out. While the jacket doesn't weigh much, I thought it would be more lightweight than it actually is. Living in SoCal, I need a waterproof windbreaker rather than a rain jacket. Regardless, it's a nice jacket so I'll keep it for trips to cooler climates.

Buy a size or two larger than your normal size
I absolutely love this jacket, but it runs small. I normally wear a size XL comfortably, but bought a 2X expecting it would give me room to layer, but I was wrong - it won’t. It was kind of tight around the hips, and after trying a sleeveless fleece on under it and looking like sausage stuffed in a casing, I am trying to decide whether I will even need to layer while hiking in 50 degree weather - it feels like it will keep me warm if I just wear a long sleeve shirt under it. The jacket appears to be really well made. The front zipper is covered by a fabric storm flap held in place by Velcro to help with keep the rain out. I love that there is Velcro on the sleeve that can gather the sleeve opening to minimize rain getting down the sleeve. Velcro helps keep the chin guard closed and the draw cord around the hood should keep the hood from blowing back, but your face will get wet as there’s no brim on the hood. The hood can be rolled up and stowed away under/behind the collar. I have not yet checked to see how waterproof it is since I have no desire right now to test it in stormy 100 degree weather. Overall, I am really happy with the quality. I recommend going up one size from your normal size of you don’t want to wear layers under it, or go up two sizes if you do want to layer.

Perfect fit
Ordered for a trip to Alaska and it is a perfect fit. I'm 5'4", 140lbs and thicker in the chest and hips (thank you, menopause) so I ordered a Large. It's slightly loose with a t-shirt so when I layer it should fit perfectly. The sleeves are slightly long, but not to the point anyone would notice. I have longer arms anyway so I find they are the right length and I'd rather have too long than too short anyway. The blue color is prettier in person than the photo. The length sits just below my hips, but not onto my thighs. There is no liner, but I thought a liner would be too warm; I can always peel off a layer if needed so I didn't want the coat to be lined. Can't wait to try it out!

Cute coat, good color
I normally get a large but reviews said it runs small so I got an extra large. Fits ok in the top but tight at the hips making it harder to start the zipper. I wish raincoats would have a pocket inside for a cell phone and passport. I haven't tested it in a hard rain yet but will take it to Scotland and try it out soon.

Comfortable and lightweight
Size small for 135 lbs, 5’2”, 32E. Bought lavender and deep teal for trip to Iceland, and they were fantastic. Very lightweight but skimmed the figure nicely. Not clingy. Perfect sleeve length for thumb holes. Loved the hood - provided just enough overhang to help out in the rain. If I have one complaint, it would be that the neck was a wee bit too high.

Nice jacket
Nice jacket. Just arrived today. The velcro straps make it iasy to adjust the sleeves .I was a little disappointed with the color. I expected it to be more of a grey color, but it is actually a soft light blue. Not what I had in mind, but still rather pretty.

Great jacket for damp weather
I especially liked the pack ability of this jacket. The first time I wore it, it was misty and cool at the start of the day. But I knew it would be warmer in a short while. This jacket kept me dry and then easily went in my backpack with little weight.

Perfecta
