Great for training..
Gun is well made . It is a great training tool for teaching younger or older people fire arm safety. The blowback is a nice feature for teaching the proper way of holding a semi automatic hand gun. This is pretty loud also. Accurate is good until the co2 gets low. I put a laser site on mine and it's groups fairly well for a co2 pistol. No problems with leaking. I've let it sit for weeks and it function just fine. Run steel. Copper and plastic BBs without any problems. Packs a good punch for rodents and pest removal. Word of caution.. this can easily be mistaken for a real glock or a similar model. Otherwise great for punching paper or cans.

Easy loading and comfortable
I've really been enjoying my xp9 pistol from Umarex stake enough it's more durable than my first pistol the Beretta px4 Storm. I've always find it easier to sit for too the blowback feature

Amazing quality and Incredible Value!
This pistol is AMAZING! It is incredibly well made with metal and weighs almosy exactly the same as a glock. Short of popping the clip or actually firing this pistol you would have absolutely no idea this was a BB gun. I'm amazed how realistic it looks & feels. The barrel is so recessed that you can't see that it isn't a high caliber genuine handgun. The blowback fire mechanism & realistic weight makes this a perfect choice for target practice and general firearms training without needing to use live ammo. A better deal does not exist at this price point. Not even close. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UMAREX 9XP.

Hard Hitting and Then Some…
Arguably Umarex’s best priced trainer away from the range. It’s fit, Glock-clone feel is closest to a 9mil handgun. Spring loaded mag bb follower and catch is the best designed of all Umarex models. Wish it had a similar faux ejection port like their more expensive Glock 17 Gen 4 bb airgun that would make it the best safety trainer to practice racking the slide, check for a chambered round like a real Glock.Only shortfall is this air gun’s “squib” or misfires i.e, bb’s that don’t fire and fall out of the mag well. Had misfires during each mag load. Easy enough to shake the bb out, though an annoyance while training. You’d do well to check the slide lock tightness and a light lubing won’t hurt.Overall a real tack driver, even fr just under 40 ft it’ll reach my hanging metal targets. Within that range you’re almost at the 15 yard distance. Accuracy’s good at 20 ft, varies from further out. Suggest putting a piece of white out tape on the front sight post to improve accuracy. Too bad Umarex doesn't include a Truglo green dot for the front sight.2023 Addendum: air gun’s still going strong, fired lots of rounds through it for off range practice. Metal barrel showing wear- paint has been scratched off on both sides that rub against the slide during blow back. You Tube shows how to field strip the 9xp for cleaning and inspection. If you’ve field stripped firearms, this will be very familiar.Tip: if you hate the 9xp’s long/stiff trigger pull, field strip, remove slide. Take out the philips screw that secures the barrel/trigger slide assembly from the right side of the air gun. Pull out the trigger slide assembly that includes the inner bore, its stiff internal spring, and face plate. Carefully note assembly then remove bore, spring, and face plate. Use a wire cutter- start by clipping off say, the first two rings at one end of the bore spring.Reassemble entire barrel/trigger holding it in place with one finger without the philips screw and test trigger pull. Removing only two spring rings was fine for me, making trigger pull much easier. This spring adjustment won’t fix the trigger creep/long reset though will lessen finger fatigue and increase shooting speed. Regardless if there’s a better after market trigger, this fix is the quickest for this inexpensive yet very reliable air gun.

Great for the price
The media could not be loaded. (((UPDATE 17,253 rounds later and 86 CO2 canisters later the slide catcher snapped off)))For $60 it works great it feels great. It has a little bit of weight to it. I’ve had no problems with it firing or any leak of any sort. Although the slide does sound like a tin can which is to be expected for $60 CO2 powered pistol. The blowback feels great, it is a little loud firing but other than that, I think it’s a great gun for the price.

Practically unbreakable
If you want an "old reliable" this is the gun to choose. To curb spending on range time, I turned to bb guns, and the 9XP has to be one of my favorite semiauto bb pistol. It has good gas mileage at about 150-190 shots per CO2 cartridge (do not shoot gun upside-down as this drops to 20 shots per cartridge). Adapter kits to use PCP air fit really easily and I typically shoot 300 rounds per session. One of my biggest sessions was 4000 bbs in 2 hours. Poor thing just kept trucking. The gas seals in the back wear out so the "blow-back" does not have the full punch (about 80 percent by feel ), but given that it is purely decorative as you finger does the loading, this does not affect function at all. The trigger is long and spongy, so no awards there, and can be misaligned. Disassembly and home repair are really easy for the gun, so it is essentially never going to break down. I have put about 60,000 bbs through it over the last year and while it looks worse for wear, it works almost like new.

Decent little bb gun
Happy with the purchase. Seems to have a small leak after some months of use. The "blowback" is very loose and obnoxious sounding though.

BB Handgun
I love this BB Handgun. It is a great bb handgun to shoot and to practice quickdraw and holstering the bb handgun. This is the best bb handgun I have shot so far and this name brand bb gun company is the best that I have bought from. Really good product and easy to use.
