I tried this bar and found it to be very filling (I'm a 230 lb grown man so that's saying something). However, they don't taste very good so I'll likely pass on getting them again.

What most people don't know is that any fat blocking product blocks GOOD FAT as well as bad fat. And the actual blocking percentage is really low (less than 25%). Save your money and just eat less calories than you burn to lose weight. It's just basic math.

Here's how you lose weight - you eat fewer calories than you burn. That's it. This snake oil of a granola bar won't help you do that. Don't waste your money on con artists people.
