Good, firm support from this wedge pillow
I bought this pillow to help my snoring at night. It's hard to get use to sleeping on if you're a side sleeper but it's serving its purpose. I haven't stopped snoring completely, but it's not as loud. It also helps with my heartburn at night, too. I don't wake up tasting acid any more which is a plus. As other reviews say, it's VERY firm but if you're looking for support or something you're not going to just sink into, I would get this pillow. It's still soft and has a nice over that comes on it( you don't have to put it on yourself).I'm still getting used to sleeping on my back more ( never did since it made my snoring worse) but I feel positive about it because this pillow is actually helping in more than one way.

Great wedge for elevation
I bought this wedge to help me with a vertigo issue I am experiencing when laying flat. It has worked very well and provides great support. I do still like to use a thin pillow to provide a little neck support between it and the wedge. I am also able to comfortably sleep on my sides while using this wedge. I have been using it every night for almost 2 months now. Highly recommend!I do want to warn you on the packaging. I freaked out when it arrived and thought there was no way it was going to work. The box is quite small for the anticipated size of the product. Somehow they miraculously suck all the air out to the point they could even fold it in half and roll it up to fit in this small box. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it some time to reshape itself. By bedtime, I was shocked to see how much it had grown and the firmness it provided with nothing more than just letting it regain it's shape!

It's a perfectly fine wedge pillow, but does take a full 2-3 days to "decompress"
I ended up purchasing 3 wedge-like foam pillows to compare because I was frustrated trying to get normal couch pillows and rolled up blankets/towels to give me decent lumbar (lower back) support in various chairs. This Ebung 12" thick pillow is relatively firm, and it did a fine job of giving me the support needed, but it also was so thick that it keep me from sitting properly on chairs (12 inches takes up half the seat space.) But to be fair, this is advertised as a bed wedge so I am not taking points off for that. I have also tried using this wedge to give some elevation of my torso and head at night and it is definitely comfortably firm, but so far I have not found that to be a good position for sleeping. It did take a full 2-1/2 days for the majority of the wrinkles to gradually expand out of the foam and have it assume a normal wedge shape, and there are still some minor edge deformities. It also looks like they used a rusted wire for their hot-wire cutting of the foam as one edge is rather dirty looking and is a bit ragged. But the pillow has a zippered outer cover that hides that. For reference, I also purchased this smaller, much cheaper wedge https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CCJ6DDWC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 is doing a much better job for me in filling the gaps in chairs and recliners to support my lower back. It arrived fully expanded and in good clean condition. I also ordered a more expensive wedge than the Ebung wedge (a Hygge "Bamboo Cooling 10-inch" foam wedge found here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BX5HM8CH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 ). The Hygge wedge also came vacuum-compressed, but after opening it expanded to full size in only about 45 minutes. The foam cuts are also much cleaner looking in the Hygge compared to the Ebung. So, you get what you pay for I guess, but as far as firm support and functionality both the Hygee and the Ebung are similar as a bed wedge.

Inspired to write a review!
I depend on reviews from people for basically everything that I buy, but unfortunately, I am not that great about writing them myself. This pillow inspired me to write. This pillow actually has stopped my snoring on day 1! I was really skeptical about buying ANY anti-snoring device since there are always mixed reviews on how well they work. The price-point of this pillow (and the fact that my partner has stopped sleeping in the same room as me) prompted me to give it a try. It's really comfortable when you're sleeping on your back; but it will take a little getting used to when I switch to my side. It is big and bulky and will take up a lot of space on your bed, which I don't love, but I figure its a much cheaper option than the $5000 mattress my sister just bought to remedy the same issue!Anyway, give it a try if you have snoring issues - it's definitely helped me1

Quality is hit or miss
Ordered this to help with snoring and sleep apnea. First pillow (pictured) came vacuum wrapped, but had no pillow case and looked awful. End was hard and yellow, like it was covered in glue or melted. Pillow never fully inflated and was hard as a rock. Called the support number and they said i need to contact Amazon. Initiated a return and was sent a replacement. Replacement pillow doesn’t even seem to be from the same manufacturer. Inflated almost instantly when vacuum seal opened. Included case. Nice quality pillow. Had to take the original to the local UPS store to return it. Was told it needed to be packed up in original box. There is absolutely no way to put this back in the tiny box it was shipped in. It comes completely vacuum sealed and about a quarter of the size it inflates to. Was told I would need to purchase a box that fits it to ship it back in. Ended up having to spend $8 to return a defective item. Happy with the end product but buyer beware. You may get a garbage product like the first one I received and then have to pay extra to get it out of your life.
