Its a great wedge pillow

I bought this wedge to help me with a vertigo issue I am experiencing when laying flat. It has worked very well and provides great support. I do still like to use a thin pillow to provide a little neck support between it and the wedge. I am also able to comfortably sleep on my sides while using this wedge. I have been using it every night for almost 2 months now. Highly recommend!I do want to warn you on the packaging. I freaked out when it arrived and thought there was no way it was going to work. The box is quite small for the anticipated size of the product. Somehow they miraculously suck all the air out to the point they could even fold it in half and roll it up to fit in this small box. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it some time to reshape itself. By bedtime, I was shocked to see how much it had grown and the firmness it provided with nothing more than just letting it regain it's shape!

This is going to be a pretty lengthy and thorough review.As the title states, it served its purpose. I bought this pillow because I'm recovering from a double lung transplant and I need to lay at an incline to make it easier to get in and out of bed. The 12 inch hight is perfect for that, as I needed it as high as possible.After unboxing it, and removing it from the sealed bag, it expanded almost immidietly. It took about 45 minutes for it to expand to its full size. I didn't notice any chemical smell to it and didn't have to "air it out" before using it, so that was a good thing.5 stars for shipping, packaging, and odor control.I sleep in a full size bed with my boyfriend, and the pillow took up exactly half the bed space. It's no biggie because it isn't anymore space that a regular pillow would use.In terms of firmness, it wasn't what I expected. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being the least and 10 being the most, I would put it at a 7.5. It didn't have that cushy cloud feeling I would expect from memory foam, it's more dense than I would like and when I was laying on it, I didn't sink into it.On one hand, that's a good thing because due to the transplant, I don't have the strength to pull myself out of a sinkhole formed in a pillow. However, once I am healed, I don't see myself continuing on using it because it isn't the most comfortable thing. When the wedge is placed vertically against the wall and used as a back support while being seated, it feel like I'm leaning directly against the wall with a blanket against it. So it's a soft feeling, but again too firm to sink into it.3 stars comfort level: No cloud-like cushy feeling for me.In terms of pain relief, it was intended to relieve some post transplant pain in my chest area, and it did. But because it's so dense and didn't adjust to my body I wake up with neck and shoulder pain, as if I've been sleeping on the ground. I had to knock 2 stars off for that.3 stars for pain relief: It relieved my surgery pain but it replaced it with neck and shoulder pain.For reference, I'm a very small person, (5' 100lbs.) so it may just be that my upper body is too light to sink into this pillow and maybe to someone heavier it would be perfect fit.Both of my parents tried it out and they both said it felt like the pillow molded to them. For reference, my mom is 4'11 and 120 lbs. and my dad is 5'7 165. My dad fell in love with it, so I will end up giving it to him once I'm fully healed, as I suspect that it could help with his sleep apnea.For the price, will likely buy again.I hope this review was helpful in making your purchasing choice!

Just had covid over the holidays and I still have left over breathing issues that feel like chronic asthma; such as shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness, coughing etc.. even went to the ER the other day because it felt like a full on asthma attack and I have no history of asthma prior.Since covid, sleeping on my back at night flat has only made these left over symptoms worse. Just got this pillow this afternoon and took a nap with it and that was probably one of the best sleeps I've had since all of this virus began. It angled me enough to keep my lungs open but inclined back enough to not feel like I was just being propped up by all my pillows like in the past. I was worried it wouldnt hold its incline height due to the memory foam and would become flat as I slept but it held up the whole time I slept and felt comfortably firm. I would recommend this for anyone still having left over breathing symptoms.

I have used this pillow for more than 2 months now after a sudden flareup of acid reflux caused by a stomach virus and have edited this review a couple of times as I gained more experience with sleeping on a wedge. At first, using this wedge pillow was a necessity but I didn't really like it. However, being a side sleeper, I have always had a problem with laying on my sore shoulders and this wedge has helped to remedy that situation. What I do is stack several regular pillows up against my headboard and then slide the wedge up in front of them, leaving a narrow "trench" to put my arm in. I sleep high up on the wedge, on my side, with my shoulder up over the top corner of the wedge and my arm in the trench between the pillows and wedge---and this gives me the support I need for no more shoulder pain. Sleeping like this took some getting used to but I find it very comfortable now and I will continue using this wedge even though my bout with acid reflux appears to be over. An additional benefit is that I don't wake up in the middle of the night with a stuffed-up nose as lying on the incline prevents that. It is amazing how many problems sleeping on this wedge has remedied for me including acid reflux, sore shoulders, and sinus problems. Honestly, I don't see myself ever going back to sleeping flat on the mattress again as there are too many benefits from sleeping on this wedge.

I almost gave a 4 star because it is hard. Not as soft as I would have liked it. I wish they would have made it a little softer where your head rests. Placing a pillow to get some comfort is not easy. I purchased this because I have sinus allergies really bad and I am prone to having pounding headaches when I wake up. I have used this for 2 nights straight and I have not woke up with a headache since I started using it. I would much rather struggle with this being a little hard than waking up with a migraine. That is why I gave it a 5 star because it works for the reason I purchased it. The size of this is not an issue for me because I have a king-size bed.If you wake up with sinus headaches I highly recommend it.

This thing is total junk I bought the 12” and it never expanded out to anything more 8” there is a big divot in the middle and it will not lay level and is very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this product at all.

I depend on reviews from people for basically everything that I buy, but unfortunately, I am not that great about writing them myself. This pillow inspired me to write. This pillow actually has stopped my snoring on day 1! I was really skeptical about buying ANY anti-snoring device since there are always mixed reviews on how well they work. The price-point of this pillow (and the fact that my partner has stopped sleeping in the same room as me) prompted me to give it a try.It's really comfortable when you're sleeping on your back; but it will take a little getting used to when I switch to my side. It is big and bulky and will take up a lot of space on your bed, which I don't love, but I figure its a much cheaper option than the $5000 mattress my sister just bought to remedy the same issue!Anyway, give it a try if you have snoring issues - it's definitely helped me1

I'm very disappointed that the measurements of the wedge pillow I received are very different from the product description on the page. 3 out of the 4 dimensions are 2 inches shorter in the real thing I got. I chose this buyer because the height of the product is 12" instead of the common 10" of other wedge pillows on Amazon. The lengths of the bottom depth and of the slope of the pillow are both 2" shorter than described. Very disappointed indeed.

I purchased it because I wanted to watch some TV while in bed. It works great. Nice and firm. It came in a smaller box than I had expected but when opened and let sit for 24 hours it magically expanded to the correct size. very happy.

Cumple con el propósito. La compré por problema de columna, recientes cirugías y el ángulo de posición es ideal para descansar después de comer y en repetidas ocasiones durante todo el día , ya que no puedo estar sentado en posición vertical por dolor y tampoco es bueno estar acostado en cama mucho tiempo.
