This is a great product that produces a fantastic seal over cracks in asphalt. It dries to a matte finish and has sand in it for texture and grip. Not slippery when dry. One drawback is that sometimes the sand in the mixture gets stuck in the cartridge. Found a SIMPLE fix for that. Just use a nail, or the caulking gun puncture rod, and shove it back into the cartridge where you cut the tip off. That breaks up the clog, and it flows easily again. That's the only issue with this product.

The product itself is great but these tubes are trash. I was only able to get half the stuff out on the tube maybe with the tool than have to squeeze the other half with my hand which was not fun after a few tubes. Will never buy these again.

Need more time to rate durability. The caulking does shrink. Needed to use backer rod for larger cracks to reduce amount of caulking needed to seal the crack.

I ordered a whole case and only had 3 tubes that came all the way out. I guess maybe it was frozen at a certain time or just old. Be better if you went to Lowe’s or Home Depot, that way you could at least take it back.

I set this product in the sun hours before using. It runs deeper into the cracks. Have no opinion on how good it is. I’ll find out in a year or so.

I like this product because I have tried a couple of others and they did not spread easily, started cracking right away, but this one seems to harden quickly and yet is able to withstand various temperature changes.
