Perfect for my keyboard bench. Adjustable and sturdy.

I've been using the Yamaha PKBB1 Adjustable Padded Keyboard X-Style Bench for a while now, and it's been a great choice for me, especially for the price. The thick padding is comfortable, even during long practice sessions, and the adjustable height is a big plus for finding the perfect playing position. It folds up easily for storage and transport, which is perfect if you gig or move your keyboard around a lot. While some users have mentioned that the seat can be a bit firm, I haven't found that to be a problem myself. Overall, it's a very practical and user-friendly keyboard bench that gets the job done well.

Easy to assemble and feels very sturdy and stable once set up. The overall construction seems solid, and I like that it doesn’t wobble when my child is sitting on it. However, I was a little disappointed with the seat itself. I expected a padded bench based on the description, but the surface feels quite firm and hard with very little cushioning. The other downside is the height adjustment. There are only three height levels, which feels pretty limited. We bought this for my 6-year-old to use at the piano, and we already have it set at the highest position, but it still seems slightly too low for proper piano posture. I wish there were a few more height settings, especially since this is marketed as an adjustable keyboard/piano bench. Overall, it’s well made, sturdy, and functional, but the firm seat and limited height range keep it from being a 5-star product for us.

This piano bench works well, however, the dimensions listed in the Amazon description are completely wrong. In addition, neither the box nor the bottom of the seat say Yamaha anywhere. If it weren’t for the UPC number being correct, I wouldn’t even know if this was a Yamaha product. This must be because the title says OEM product, so it doesn’t say Yamaha anywhere. The correct dimensions of the cushion seat are 12” x 17”, and when folded the unit measures 24” x 13” x 5” with the seat in the middle height position.

Easy to assemble bench for keyboard. What can I say, it’s a black bench. No assembly required here. Just what we needed. No weight worries.

Rock solid, man. Easy to adjust. Easy to fold when your headed to gigs. Doesn't tip, slide, or shake. Very comfy. Looks pro. Perfect place to park your ass during those long, obsessive keyboard composing and recording sessions. Can't complain about the price either.

I bought this bench for my boyfriend to sit at his keyboard. It feels very sturdy and is nicely padded. At first the seat may feel pretty firm, but it gets softer after someone has sat on it for a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this bench for the price -sounds like it is one of the better quality ones available in the price range.
