Best chocolate chips in the market. Taste just perfect, not too bitter not too sweet. Not sure how many time I've ordered these as I'm on a Subscribe&Save deal. Great versatility as I've used them for cakes, home made granola, pancakes, yogurt/porridge toppings or even as a quick sweet snack after a coffee. Will carry on buying them.

Used to make ganache and it makes such a difference. You can really tell the difference in the final product. It’s very smooth, easy to melt and really nice taste. Worth the money if it’s a special event or if you just want that extra quality

These may seem expensive but a little goes a long way. Quality excellent for cooking and nibbling.

Easy melt for drinking hot chocolate (due to chocolate drop shape) or add to trail mix for on the go lifestyle or just munch a few as a treat during the day; Suppose it's rich enough for baking too? At 70% cocoa this is quite rich.

We're on a low carb/high fibre lifestyle, so no sugar in this household. This is amazing, even the 90% cacao is good, if you're using it for sauces and can add sweetener. I've got the lot as I make chewy choc chip cookies and we like really first class chocolate, but also low sugar chocolate, and Callibaut is just that. Absolutely superb, it melts down so well and I even make my own nutty chocolate with it. The best is the 70% cacao as it's just sweet enough to go down really well in a low carb cookie or chocolate lump cake. This stuff is the best there is

Good product. Big-sized dark chocolate chips. Rich chocolate flavor and smooth texture. Because of more cocoa content, it is slightly bitter in taste, perfect for those who love dark chocolates. It doesn't melt at room temperature like milk chocolate of the same brand. Great for making chocolate brownies, cakes, and biscuits. Value for money because it contains quality ingredients. Love it.
