Can this be seen in the dark?

Yes this clock has recently been improved and now does in fact glow in the dark! Make sure it's facing a bright light for as long as possible to 'charge up' for best results. It is also much bigger than the previous version!

I brought for my son, but I think should be ok for a girl too, just depends on there taste of decore. Glows in the dark too. If I had a girl I would buy this for her if it's what she liked.
