Q: Could this be used to support a through the wall AC unit on the outside of my house ?

That is exactly what I used it for. Works well.

Q: what is gauge of aluminum alloy

They measure .080" thick. I have three sets of these and must say that they are plenty rugged and give a professional look to the installation. Much better than the units sitting on the ground where mice can get into them, snow piles up around them they stay damp longer.

Q: what is the exact dimmension of the bracket?

Hi, the supporting rail is 21-21/32 inches long and the wall rail is 15 inches long. You could find the dimmenssion information from the size picture.

Q: Could i use this to mount outside minisplit unit without disconecting any lines?

As long as you could support the mini split above the bracket while you drilled and bolted it to the wall, I don’t see why not. Then just drop it down onto the arms. What you do want to avoid is any line bends where the line is more than an inch or so below the unit. That will form an oil trap which will cause problems.
