Does this double lock from outside

No, it's a plain rimlock core. Double locking would normally be in the main rim latch.

Does this fit a door 80mm thick

My door is 60 mm thick.Had to cut the 'through bit' down a bit. So I would guess at 70 mm +. Just have try it.

Can additional keys be ordered?

I don't think additional keys can be ordered with the lock, but you can always get extra keys cut from the originals.

What is the diameter of the cylinder? How long is the spindle?

It is a bog standard yale type lock replacement. The length is more than adequate and is cut to your own length.
