love it BEST deal on a great wheelchair for most uses
This was the perfect wheelchair for me. Its light enough without the legs that I can lift it.(i'm a middle aged normal sized woman) and the legs go separately when its folded anyway. It assembles easily, it rolls easily. its easy to roll myself around the house. I HAVE rolled myself accross grass and its not easy but it never is. this wheelchair tolerates bumps much better than expected.way better deal than renting a wheelchair. For me with several surgeries upcoming that limit my mobility, and some time pre surgery with limited, this was the best choice. I have aging parents and there may come a time they need one even temporarily.I am so happy with this purchase and with this vendor. A couple of items to know before you buy: This is great for a person under 6 foot and 200 lbs. If you exceed either of those limits, depending on how you are shaped it may not be totally comfortable. I'm not saying it wont work, up to the manufacturers limit, i dont even know what that is mind you. I'm saying comfort may be an issue. I was once very heavy temporarily and at that time, other wheelchairs this size were very uncomfortable because my behind didnt fit well and the friction from the wheels against the sides made hot spots. how hot depended on how long used. So I am neither recommending or not recommending it for big and tall people. tall i dont know really, i'm just guessing that there is a good chance weight goes with it. I may have a 230 6'2 friend test it out. if so i'll add to my review.ITEM 2 to know:I'm not very strong in terms of unfolding, and have found that sometimes it doesnt want to open all the way in terms of seat width very easily. But when you are using it the seat adjusts anyway, so just sit down and it will take care of the width on its own. even start to sit down.I wish i had bought this mONTHS before I did. it gave me so much more freedom than my walker. My walker-rollator gave me so much more ease and freedom than a normal walker, one or even two canes, that it didnt occur to me i could get that much of an upgrade again. But it did. it didnt mark up my wood floors either.I cant speak to how long it will last from experience, but during the couple of months I have had it, I have found it to be well made and plenty sturdy enough for my needs. I see zero indication that it would have a breakage issue. We didnt read the manual but it probably says to lubricate the wheels when you get it, they squeaked a bit but a shot of wd40 fixed that. I consider it smart of the manufacturer not to ship it overly lubricated and chance leaks. So A plus in my book for quality.within the limits of my experience as mentioned above, i'd absolutely recommend this to a friend or relative. And at the price its a ridiculously good deal. It paid for itself vs renting one almost immediately, and i have it around for whoever needs it. its easy to store. It arrived exactly when expected and with free shipping.. well. walk do not run. i'm also putting an accolade on the vendors site.

Excellent value and function
Excellent value and function. Made solid, sturdy, and easily matches the quality of the their $300 reclining wheelchair. The actual finish is a 'hammered' charcoal gray, very nice. This is no for a full-time year-after-year use but, rather, a great chair to sit and move around when the situation suddenly presents itself. I was tempted to take one star off for the lack of seat cushioning (which you can get elsewhere) but the price really makes it a 5 star.Easily and comfortably seated and moved an 83yo female (5' 2"tall, 130lb). I myself tried it, adjusted for my frame and found the same ease and comfort (6' ft, 170lb).The seat height is also adjustable so I can see it working for someone up to 6'4".

Arrived quickly - nice looking
I wasn't expecting the wheelchair to arrive until next week...it arrived yesterday on a Saturday! Very quick service. Excellent care from this company for the thoughtfulness. This is the first wheelchair I've ever used. I took it out of the box and set it up myself. I just can't figure out how to put the foot rests on and rode it without them; good thing since an incline in a driveway on the sidewalk shot me out into the street...I was able to get off the chair quickly to stop it. Using a wheelchair is going to take lots of practice. I have both knees in pain from tendinitis. The paint job on the metal is BEAUTIFUL! It's black and silver speckled paint that is very appealing. That was the first thing I noticed and was pleasantly surprised...very thoughtful of them to do this touch. It makes it that much more nicer to ride around on.The top of the arm rests are padded cloth, narrow and nice looking. The fabric is black with speckles of gray that complements the paint perfectly. The seat and backrest are both comfortable. I had no problem reaching over the armrests to turn the wheels and I'm short. It's a bit heavy to pick up but do-able if you need to transport it into a car. It's a folding chair and easy to open. The seat is 18 inches wide and it fit me comfortably for me being an "ample sized" woman. For this type of wheelchair I would rate it 5 stars since so much thought went into designing it ... overall in wheelchairs I give it 4 stars since there are much nicer ones out there (with much bigger price tags). I would recommend this for a first time buyer who won't be needing a wheelchair long-term. It's also very affordable.***6 3/4 years later: Sept 5, 2020 Update:This wheelchair has been used daily since purchase and is getting tired. There are 2 screws and the edge of metal flat rods in seat (front left and right) that tear through the fabric. Husband had to fix it 3 times with duct tape so it wouldn't rub my skin. The arm rests have worn on the corners, husband changed the arm rests around so the worn parts are in the back and the front is new looking again. Today husband tightened the left wheel brake as it had been loose. I only use it around the house, no outside wheeling. On the well used parts of the frame (around arms and back) are more black than silver/black like when new. I've never used the feet rests, never put them on. I've used my feet to help propel to ease the pain off my shoulders. Since this first wheelchair that I bought for 'tendonitis in knees' turns out it's severe RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and has progressed to whole body. This wheelchair was a lifesaver.Since it's getting worn I am purchasing a new one, the same again as it is sufficient for my daily home needs.

Well-engineered chair-- durable and easy to get around in; very economical!
Excellent chair! I broke my leg and ordered this immediately. It arrived quickly and it was well-used over the time I needed it. Legs came off easily once you figured out how to do it. I was happily surprised that it is amazingly engineered to get around corners-- very easy to get around in-- even first-time users! I would recommend a good foam seat to add to your comfort since wheelchairs are not the most comfy chairs in the house. Heavy, but the weight was needed for durability. I'd recommend also getting a Medline lightweight transport chair for out of home use. We actually couldn't believe it was as inexpensive as it was!

Good Wheelchair
Seems to be of good quality will know more as we use it, nice that it will fit under kitchen table or computer desk.

Product came flawed
The box was in terrible shape when it arrived, but the contents looked alright. One of the leg pads was already falling apart and the foam inside was exposed. There is a a quality control issue with these chairs.
